I was so pleased with Rocket Cooling. Every touch point from the initial phone call with the office, to the punctuality and professionalism of the service tech was unprecedented. My tech, Red, was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I have found my new go-to AC company.

I can't give enough praise to Jon and Rocket Cooling. They were kind and professional every step of the way. The installer answered all my questions and explained everything he did. They came out Friday morning to give me an estimate and installed a new air conditioner a couple hours later. Other companies could learn a lesson from them. Jon was willing to install the unit before payment was even made. What a wonderful company! I will spread their name to everyone I know. They even brought a portable air conditioner to keep me and my little dog cool while they installed a new air conditioner. I highly reccommend them!

Ryan arrived within the time frame given. He was friendly and professional and solved the AC problem. Prior to the service call, they keep you informed as to your service provider's progress so there are no surprises.

We received same-day service. The tech let us know when to meet him so we didn't spend the day hanging out waiting. He found and fixed the issue. No complaints.

My a/c stop working, gave them a call late in the day they right away send a tech out. Tech Diego check what was all wrong with my Central air, he explained everything show what was all wrong with it. He fixed it on the spot and got the job done he very nice. What I like was he showed me what needed to be replaced how bad the part where’d. Thank you

I've been using Rocket Cooling for a few years now. I have no complaints. The women in the office are very polite and the technician's are courteous AND knowledgeable at their trade.

From start to finish I loved doing business with Rocket Cooling. I called Wednesday for an estimate and the very next day the guys were out installing a new unit, etc and hauling away the old. The technicians were nice and professional.

Our system is 17 years old, but has been maintained and worked fine. But recently lost efficiency and last two days clearly not working. Called our usual folks at D and D air they handed us off to Rocket because their folks were unable to get here. Rocket came right away got us back in action and nicely suggested it might be time to invest in a new unit. Really helpful and understanding and gave me a more than reasonable quote for a new more efficient system. Thinking it over in a cool house again.

Adam A serviced my HVAC today. He went above and beyond to explain everything to me. He gave me great hints to keep my system in tip top shape. He was the most thorough technician ever! I will be asking Rocket Cooling to schedule him for all of my HVAC services.

Diego Velazquez is a fantastic technician! He was sent to my house to figure out why unit was loosing power. Right away he diagnosed it and started working on the solution. I can tell he was going above and beyond to make sure things were done right. He even mentioned the fact that his companies management tells him to make sure everything is done right regardless of how long it takes. That is a good company who trains and supports his employees to do right by their customers. The unit kept having issues and he did not leave until he figured it out. I’m glad I used Rocket Cooling and that they sent me Diego. I will continue to use them 100%

The tech called to notify that he was on his way. Upon arrival, he got right to work and thoroughly checked the unit, inside and out side of the building. He was polite, efficient, professional and will return in six months to do the summer preparation. A job well done.

We had to call Rocket Cooling on a Sunday evening & they had a service man at our home in less than 45 mins. We were so happy to see this man!! We had a leak in the ceiling from the AC unit. They got up in the attic, did what he had to do & was done in no time. We are so appreciative of him for coming so quickly on a Sunday evening & Taking care of the problem. We are a lifetime customer of Rocket Cooling now. We bought our unit from them in 06/20 & are so impressed with every aspect of the install & service. I highly recommend them for all your AC/heating needs.

Rocket Cooling offers great 👍 and dependable service. They are friendly and very knowledgeable in there trade. My serviceman Adam gave me a lot of tips on keeping the condensation line open.

My wife has a medical condition that requires her to be in a cool climate control environment. When I call to report a problem with my AC unit, Cindy answered the phone. She was very professional and efficient. She explained the response issues and took all my information. This was at 12:28PM. At 1:28PM I received an e-mail stating that a technical engineer was on the way to my assist with my issue. Jon arrived shortly after the e-mail and solved the problem within minutes. After completing the repair efficiently and professionally he explain other options the company could offer. He explained he was one of the owners and provided me with one of his cards. The card did not only have the company’s main line it contained his cellphone number. What an impressive and professional experience. I would highly recommend this company

Today Rolly came out to do the first of two preventative maintenance scheduled for the year on the unit. Like the last time we had service, he was very professional and informative on the task he was performing. We received a text advising a technician was in route and it provided the technician name. He arrived a short time later. We would highly recommend this company to anyone need Air Condition installation or service. Great job to the men and women at Rocket Cooling

Rocket Cooling came out and re-ducted and insulated the space above the ceilings. Our crew did a fantastic job. The space they had to work on was VERY small and their work was professional and they were great to deal with. I would hire these folks anytime. Thanks for a great experience.

They installed a new Trane AC, 2 ton, in my home. The Smith brothers were very professional. They were on time and finished their installation the same day. They left my home as clean as when they started. Their pricing was very fair. I highly recommend them.
