Constraction reviews in Lake Mary, Florida

am so pleased with the work that That Xtreme,, XRC,LLC did on my two home improvement projects. My driveway extension and roof on the pergola we’re done. perfectly and are a beautiful addition to my home.

Both teams did a phenomenal job. The yard and areas of work were cleaned to perfection. The members of each team were wonderful in communication and explaining the processes. I was so impressed with their professionalism and quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend them. In the future if I need any work done on my home again. This is the only company I would even consider.

John Cooke and his team did an excellent job repairing the stucco on my townhouse. They were fast, efficient, and professional. They greatly exceeded expectations and provided a level of service that is unparalleled.

I would recommend XRC 10/10! Big John communicated very thoroughly on explain the details of my potential project. Will definitely be using them in the near future.

Ended up not moving on a property for other reasons but John C was extremely helpful, prompt in coming out for quoting and had great follow up. Looking forward to working with him in the future.

We had a small problem with some stucco beading rusting and needing repair. I wanted to make sure the foundation was stable. John Cooke came out to check it out. The foundation was fine, and there were no major problems that needed repair. He explained what we could do to fix it and provided a step-by-step list of what was needed. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and in it to help the customer. If we ever need big work done, I will definitely be reaching out to John.

BEWARE... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
I drove more than an HOUR to the property where I had an estimate appointment scheduled with XRC. They confirmed the morning of the scheduled appointment, and then CANCELLED less than an hour before they were scheduled to arrive.

They had NO CARE, NO CONCERN, NO RECOURSE.

If you are looking for professionals, look somewhere else.
If you are looking for customer service, look somewhere else.
And if you are looking for a reliable company you can depend on, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

HORRIBLE experience that warrants NO stars.

Unethical business practices and terrible management.

Steve R. has spent a lot of time going over the small details and explaining the process. Looking forward to completion day.

recently had a roof put on by Steve and he did a great job

steve was great helped me out in a time i needed it, and got our roof fixed

Steve was great and easy to work with when it came to getting new gutters for our home!

Saw Steve 3 days ago about a new roof. Steve was very professional and we are considering his company.

I am very pleased with the work that ARSENIO ESPANA did in my house, checking my roof after the last hurricane I can say that ARSENIO and your company did a great job. Also I will like to mention that ARSENIO is very professional

Matt showed up 30min after I called and helped patch my roof after the hurricane. They got me set up to stop water damage and are coming back to do a roof fix in a couple days. Couldn’t speak more highly for these guys!!!

Met with Steve about a new roof for our home, he was very professional and knowledgeable about roofs and educated us on the type of roof that would be best for our home. Definitely recommend!

I called Xtreme Roofing for an estimate at our condo and Matt Appel came out promptly and gave an estimate the same day. Great communication and personality. Would not hesitate to call again.

Highly recommend XRC! Had a small leak in our roof from the hurricane and called to get it looked at. Matt Jr immediately sent out Arsenio and was at our house within the hour to look at and even fix it for us. Very pleased with the work and couldn’t be happier!

Steve was excellent throughout the whole process. He answers his phone, returns calls, and stays in touch. If any issues come up, he works to quickly resolve them. The roof is beautiful and absolutely the best!

John was great. Very kind and knowledgeable about his job. All questions answered. This company put on my new roofs wen hurricane Ian came thru 6 years ago. Recommend them to everyone.

After a very long night of that horrible hurricane, I was so grateful that my parents recommended xtreme roofing and construction. Matt was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and even came by the house at 9:30 at night to check out our leaking roof. If you want honesty, kindness, and efficiency I would definitely go with extreme roofing and construction ! Thank you again for making the process a lot easier.

John and Xtreme Roofing were incredible from start to finish! John came recommended to us from a family friend and we trusted him right from our first meeting. He took care of replacing our roof in record time right before peak storm season and the crew did a great job! I’d highly recommend them.
