Constraction reviews in Lake Mary, Florida

Xtreme Roofing and Construction is an amazing company. John Cooke is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. After I called the Xtreme he quickly returned my call and set up an appointment to check our roof. He also suggested a very helpful idea to end seepage that has been causing water damage in a bathroom ceiling. Everyone we have worked with in the office has been wonderful. We look forward to getting our new roof!

I have had great service through this company with my roof. Of all the companies during the last hurricane, they were able to do it professionally and at a very reasonable price. When I came to them for repairs they without hesitation repaired my roof under warranty for free. I am currently getting a roof replacement and John has been outstanding from start to finish. John has been very helpful, caring and professional throughout the whole process and is the sole reason why I'm getting my roof replaced due to hail damage a year ago.

John Cooke did a great job for me. I did hire him for 2 jobs and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else. I am very happy with my results. Very friendly, professional, a pleasure to meet him. Would highly recommend him.

As a real estate agent, it is important to have great partners for my clients. I was a bit nervous when the office said they were sending out a “salesman” to meet me for a potential project. Big John is NOT a salesman. He was professional, knew his audience, spoke to the client and myself honestly and ethically. We have found our construction partner for Florida for sure!!!

John Crooke did an amazing job! His work was top-quality, professional, and completed with great attention to detail. He was reliable, easy to communicate with, and clearly takes pride in what he does. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend John to anyone looking for excellent workmanship.
