Customer reviews in Lakeland

Amazing company! I was recommended by a friend gave them a call and they were out the next day. They were super professional with their customer service and getting their quote out in a timely manner. They were even able to get me in for the service the next day. Met with their technicians Mickie and Pedro and I couldn't be more pleased with their work and how professional they were explaining the process and how everything was going to work. Thank you so much for keeping the heat out of my house... highly recommend them...

Very communicative about arrival, serviceman was on time, respectful and honest. Didn't try to automatically sell us on a new unit which was nice. He gave honest and fair feedback on our issue and we are awaiting another appt to move forward with needed repair; we are just awaiting a part.

I am more than thrilled to have found this reliable and trustworthy local AC company. The tech, Pete, was polite, professional, and the company is quite transparent about their services and prices as you can see on their invoices. It's clear they prioritize fairness and honesty compared to other companies we had looked into whom clearly try to rip you off by sending salesman instead of actual technicians. If we were staying here in the state, we would definitely sign up for their maintenance program. Which is absolutely worth it and needed for any homeowner seeing that A/C systems are pricy to replace.

Lakeland technicians are always polite and work hard to solve our HVAC issues in a timely manner.

I scheduled a maintenance appointment because my A/C wasn’t working properly. When the technicians came out, they talked me into signing a $200 service contract and said everything looked great with the unit. But after waiting a few weeks, the A/C still wasn’t cooling the house. It kept running nonstop, and our electric bill shot up. We had it set to 74, but the house was reading 82—miserable. They came back out, supposedly at “no charge,” and this time said the issue was the fan motor, which cost us $500. I asked if he was sure that would fix the problem, and he confidently said yes, that was the only issue he found. But a week later, the house still wasn’t cooling. So they came out again, said they couldn’t find anything wrong, and scheduled another appointment for someone to check the insulation. That person came out and said there was no insulation issue and that a supervisor would follow up. Instead of getting a call, we just got a text saying the work was completed. Three days later, we’re still hot—and no one ever called. So now I’m out $700, the A/C still isn’t fixed, and I’m going to have to spend even more to figure out what’s really going on. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially in this economy. I’m not happy at all with the service I received.

This company was highly recommended from my neighbor. Scheduling was nicely handled, 1st person was very nice. Informed me that the issue was the TXV and added some freon. Cost was $75 and I needed another appointment to install the part for $1,400 so the 2nd person came out a week later. Meanwhile my AC was working just weak on one side of the house. During the second visit from Lakeland AC the tech tells me that after he installed the TXV that is was hiding another problem and that the coil needs to be replaced but he does not have the part it will take a week to come in and that will cost $2,300. But…if I wanted my AC to work quicker they have a deal with $1000 off a brand new HVAC system and can be installed next day for $8,200. Needless to say my jaw dropped. Oh and he informed me that he had to turn off my system to save the freon from rushing out. I told him it doesn’t make sense that it’s been cold in here and now you’re telling me that it won’t be AFTER a service call! After sweating over night in 100 degree outside weather, my house was 91 degrees I called another company for a second opinion. Thank God!!! They found my system locked down, and paper covering a vent. He removed the paper and unlocked my system and after a week later my AC has been working like brand new. I imagine that all these good reviews are from customers being pressured into buying a new system for $$$$$. Momma did not raise a fool. If the math is not mathing, get a second opinion. It literally saved me over $10k.
