After using this service for two years the owner texted me that they were no longer cleaning our house because they didn't feel comfortable coming anymore( she texted me this the day before they were due to come). A few weeks ago when they came the girls cleaning the fan somehow broke the ceiling fan and it fell from the ceiling. I reported it to her the same day. She agreed to replace the fan very begrudgingly. My husband purchased a new fan ($115@ Home Depot) pretty inexpensive and to save her more money he put it up himself. NOW she's pissed because she had to pay and is calling my husband and I liars. DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS. My husband and I have never been so insulted. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CALL YOUR CUSTOMER A LIAR.

Called on a Sunday morning and someone actually answered the phone, had someone at my house by 10 am on Monday, customer service was great, quick and efficient my stairs had alot of pet stains and after they were cleaned they look as if I just replaced them with new carpet! Highly recommend, will only use them from now on...wish I would of found them sooner!!!!

I had my carpets cleaned in the bedroom and the tile and grout in the living room & kitchen. Let me tell you, he did an awesome job. I had called around to other places but they were sooo expensive and couldn't work around my schedule.. I'm glad i called :)
