We were recently left in the lurch by our previous landscaping company. At Ease Landscaping was recommended by a friend. I called over the weekend, received a prompt response and reasonable quote. They promised to work us in that same week. I wish I had photos to show the before and after because At Ease Landscaping far exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was absolutely phenomenal. Very happy we found them!

I had recently paid for service from this company after 3 days of not getting a response they denied me service without explaining. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEY PRESENT BAD BUISNESS AND LOW STANDARDS.

Spoke to Chris the owner and planned for them to do my yard on a Friday. Friday came they never showed up. Saturday came, I called and no one answered. I left a message wondering if they were just running behind and if I should expect them another day. Never got a response. I texted Chris multiple times following the no show and never heard back. Very disappointing to say the least. If this is a veteran owned business as it says it is, it falls short on the core values of integrity that's for damn sure! I'm pretty sure the 5 star reviews are family or friends because to this day ( over a month later) I still haven't heard from them.

Chris has done an outstanding job on my yard. My previous landscaper unexpectedly quit and I turned to my community for a dependable and responsible company and Chris’s name was mentioned several times. He came out the same morning I reached out and took care of my yard. Chris is excellent at communicating and even sent out an email when a hurricane was approaching the area and informed on his plan to take care of everyone’s lawn before the storm hit.

Always happy with the service. I can count on this company to keep my landscaping and yard on point so I can enjoy it without all the stressors of maintaining it.

Update:
I am very sorry to have to update this review. When Chris and his team started they were there weekly and then biweekly during the winter months as communicated. In the month of March to April I started noticing weeds that I’ve never had at my property, which to me notified that they hadn’t been out in over two weeks.
Unfortunately, due to the HOA I had to weed and cut the grass myself even though I’m paying for service. I was able to get Chris on the phone and even discussed some landscaping business with him. He stated they’ve acquired many more customers and was situating their schedule out. He gave a date of Wednesday that they were going to be coming by so I took that day off work…and they no showed. No call. No apology. Now it’s been over 3 weeks that they haven’t been out and I paid for the month of April.
In order to avoid headache I’ve just requested my money back and again, no response to texts emails and voice message. I am thoroughly disappointed at the lack of communication and even more important, integrity.
I will continue to try to get a hold of him for my refund, since services have not been rendered. Businesses show their colors in the face of adversity and how they handle customer dissatisfaction. It appears to me that this one does not care. I do not recommend them to anyone. Seems like I share frustrations with another similar reviewer.

I am so happy with my service Chris and his team provide for my home!
They are always arrive the same day of the week per agreement, my lawn looks neat and lush after they are done.
They trimmed palm trees and did a wonderful job as well.
Chris always very responsive, answers all my questions, they are friendly and prices are fair.
I plant to use this services for many years to come I highly recommend this company!
