Turning point is excellent. They have great customer service. Incredibly easy to work with. They keep my lawn looking great and have also done repairs on my irrigation system.

Steven and his crew replaced my dead grass with beautiful sod, now my yard is beautiful again! Excellent work and he will tell you what needs to be replaced or just watered more.. highly recommend!

Stephen and his team did a great job with planting new SOD in my yard. He also installed some plugs in patchy growth areas. He's been very attentive and keeps a close eye on the new grass. So far very happy with their services.

We have been using them for about two years and our property always looks great. The workers are professional and polite, and they always do a great job and leave the yard immaculate when they are done. If you are looking for property maintenance services give them a call!

The owner is in touch with his customers. He will stop by at a moment’s notice to ensure you are happy with their services. They are always on time and very professional.

I’ve been a customer of Steve’s from 12/15/23 - 8/19/24 as he took over my account from a previous lawn care company that went out of business. Everything was great for a few months before I started to notice some areas of concern.

I noticed after one service in Spring 2024, that my landscaping bed in the back of my home appeared to be hack cut in a way that was completely undesirable by sight. My landscaping beds were not listed as an area of maintenance and it was not brought to my attention that the area was serviced. I called Steve and inquired about what had taken place and was given a blanketed, “yeah that was a mistake. We won’t do that again”. Proactively reaching out to the customer and making this right would have went a long way, but that never occurred.

As time went on, my husband and I noticed the team would cut the grass in an uneven manner with some grass still remaining uncut in a visible way that should have been caught before the team left. After seeing this week after week, we decided to terminate our services on August 19,2024. I called Steve who answered the phone with a short and curt “Hello” and I proceeded to ask about billing period that had taken place recently where I paid the bill in full by the 15th of the month which is their standard billing cycle. As a result of this, I was owed a refund of $68 for half a month of services. I was instructed to reach out to Cynthia, his bookkeeper for a refund. Today is September 11, 2024 and after multiple emails, I still haven’t received my refund and their voicemail is full at the office, so I have no way of getting this resolved.

I was willing to look past what they may see as a “simple mishap” on their end but very unsightly and disappointing service performed to my flower beds that was not apart of their services they were to perform. However, the unprofessionalism of not cutting the grass evenly (or at least checking work before leaving the property), making statements or references to my husband being “stuck in his ways of having the grass cut a particular way”, raising prices without notifying the customer ahead of time and the continued refusal of a refund is where the line is drawn for me.

Steven and his team did excellent work installing sod in my backyard! It was dirt ridden from corner to corner, and now it is a beautiful bright green all over!! Given the weather, it was also not that slow of a process to put in. I would certainly recommend Steven and his company to others! Great Job!!

Steve's crew installed metal edging and gravel in a bunch of my beds and unfortunately punctured a sprinkler line. When I discovered it and called Seve he came out that day and fixed it. Great response and great service.

Steven's team has an attention to detail in the lawn service business and has great customer service. The team shows up every time they are scheduled to. They do a wonderful job and make the yard look very neat and clean, not only mowing, edging, and blowing, but also in, trimming the bushes and hedges. Very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend them.
