Techs showed up on time and diagnosed the problem with my washer. The repairs were not done due to the parts cost, however the diagnostic fee of $59.00 was reasonable. I will definitely use them again and can recommend them to others.

I had an excellent experience with JD, who recently inspected my dryer vent. He previously removed a bee hive from the outside vent in June, which was blocking airflow, and returned today to address a lint issue. JD quickly identified that the problem was with the lint screen, which was obstructing airflow. He removed the screen and didn’t charge me anything for his service. JD is a commendable technician, and I highly recommend asking for him by name. Thank you, Fuse, for hiring such reputable professionals!

The tech came on time.. He covered his shoes which wasn't necessary but extremely kind. He went right to work and fixed our Microwave in a very short time. i would highly recommend this tech and company.

I now use CityTech for all the many services they offer. They come out same or next-day, usually have all they need with them to fix whatever the problem is. Elon has been brilliant with diagnoses. The company gives a 20% discount to regular customers, and prices are reasonable to begin with.

Fuse HVAC came the same day we called. The person on the phone was polite and appreciative. Our ice maker was efficiently repaired. The repairman was polite, made the repair, and left no mess. Payment was made by credit card to his phone. The repair is working great. Fuse HVAC gave a completely satisfying experience.

Quality workmanship. Tech was pleasant. Work was completed quickly after arriving. The one slow thing was waiting for the part. I could have ordered it on Amazon, received it overnight, and not have to wait ten days for a washer water pump to arrive. I know that's not in the repair shop's control, but there's got to be a faster way of getting parts.

Promptly allocated a service technician, and time window during which he would arrive. Kept in touch confirming his arrival. Pleasant efficient man (William) identified the issue and assured me he would return with the part. New appointment easily arranged to suit my schedule. Job completed all within2 days.

City Tech was very responsive to my service request scheduling the initial service visit for the following day and kept me informed of the exact time of the service visit via text messaging. The technician, Serge, is an expert in refrigerator servicing and repair. He is also polite, pleasant, and with a strong sense of professional ethics. Once on site, he quickly identified the issue with my refrigerator and explained to me the most cost-efficient solution to it and why. Knowing that I was about to go out of town in a few days, he immediately ordered the needed parts, squeezed the installation into his busy schedule, and worked until 9 pm on the service day to get the repair done before my departure. He not only fixed the refrigerator but also cleaned it. Excellent job! I am very satisfied with the service provided my City Tech and will definitely recommend it to my friends.
