We’ve used Floor Coverings International twice and have plans for a third. They have always been responsive, professional and done excellent work. Highly recommend.

I’m updating my last review as we just had our 3rd floor installment and once again Floor Coverings International did a fantastic job. In a difficult condo with uneven floors they installed a beautiful floor while moving furniture and appliances around to do so. Highly recommend this company.

We had Floor Coverings International do the flooring in our kitchen, laundry room, and half bath, and I’m thrilled with the results. Shona patiently helped me choose a beautiful Daltile checkerboard pattern that feels perfectly classic for our 1920s Craftsman—exactly the look I wanted. During the install, her husband Reid stopped by, addressed an issue that came up right away, and kept everything moving smoothly.

The crew was fantastic: they tarped thoroughly before demo, installed the new floors perfectly (no kickers, no loose tiles), and left everything tidy. After our new kitchen was in, they came back to install the backsplash. I chose a herringbone mosaic tile with a colored rim—tricky to install—and Ricardo and his team nailed it. The pattern is crisp, the tiles are even, and the grout was done so the rim detail really pops.

Professional, responsive, and truly skilled. I’d recommend FCI without hesitation.

Traci Price, Design Associate, came over as soon as we contacted them to start the process and provide an estimate for needed repairs. Mike Pitti serviced the call within a few days. Done!!! Floor Coverings International did a great job installing 2200 sf of Shaw vinyl flooring. They did some floor preparation to fill chips in concrete slab and leveled out some areas. A thick visqueen barrier was laid over the slab to prevent moisture penetration thru the slab. I was on vacation when the install was done and Traci sent me progress photos each day.

The workers for both the tile and rugs worked efficently and with professional ethics. Problem is there was not enough tile ordered to finish the job. I am still waiting for them to call to finish. I can not give them better than a 4 star for this reason. Otherwise the work is good and the tile and rugs are beautiful and work great with my other tile and rugs. They finally came and finished my tile. It is beautiful and I am very happy with the finished product. I would change to a 4 1/2 star as I am happy, but still a little disappointed with having to wait for more tile, becore the job could be finished.

They only have one bath tub to shower conversion in the store, but their plumbing company will call me within 48 hours, so we'll see what they can do.
