Constraction reviews in Largo, Florida

Amazing work! He re-did our kitchen, master bath, and helped with the guest bathroom. He also painted interior of the house and built a set of stairs off the patio. Great person who does great work!

I recently had my kitchen remodeled by DM GC pro, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team was professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. They helped me choose materials that fit my style and budget, and their craftsmanship is top-notch. The project was completed on time, and they kept the workspace clean throughout the process. I highly recommend DM GC pro for anyone looking to transform their kitchen or any construction projects!

Thank you DM DG!!!

Daniel did a fantastic job with my renovation project and I am looking forward to working with him and his team again. He was very receptive and understanding of my ideas and made great suggestions, the end result was much better than I expected and I highly recommend him and his team!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with this DM GC PRO,inc on multiple projects, and the experience has been excellent every time. He is professional, reliable, and highly knowledgeable in all aspects of construction. Communication is always clear, the work is well organized, and every task is completed on schedule with great attention to detail.

It’s rare to find a contractor who maintains such a high standard of quality and consistency. We look forward to working together again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled GC.

We had a great experience with this construction company from start to finish. They installed our kitchen cabinets and painted the entire house, and the results exceeded our expectations. The cabinet work was precise, well-aligned, and beautifully finished, giving our kitchen a completely updated look.

The painting work was equally impressive — clean lines, smooth coverage, and great attention to detail throughout the house. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and kept the work areas clean and organized every day.

Communication was clear and consistent, timelines were met, and there were no surprises. It’s refreshing to work with a team that truly takes pride in their craftsmanship. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality cabinet installation, painting, or general construction work.

Dan did an AMAZING job on our kitchen remodel!! Beautiful work at a very reasonable price. We were working with him remotely and he kept us constantly updated with photos of the progress! I cannot recommend DM GC Pro enough!! Next we will be redoing the bathroom and Dan is the only contractor I would even consider hiring!! (Ignore the plastic film on appliances we forgot to remove before photos!😬)

Tidal Builders Inc. exceeded our expectations when we had unanticipated water damage to our Belleair home just months after move in. JC and his team quickly initiated work to fix the problem and were diligent in seeing the reconstruction through to completion. JC personally invested a ton of time and effort (in the pouring rain) to ensure our home didn’t sustain further damage. When issues arose, he addressed them promptly and held subcontractors accountable. I couldn’t recommend JC and his team more highly.

Tidal Builders rebuilt my entire house after Hurricane Helene. They handled all aspects of my construction including permitting, plumbing, electrical, painting, roof. They exceeded my expectations, finished on time, and on budget. I am so grateful to have had the experience to work with this professional company. Now I get many, many compliments on my beautiful home and I always give credit to Tidal Builders. They are the best, honest and caring. Highly recommend.

Just lookin

Called to get a quote and he's not taking on any projects. Very brief and short on the phone.

Regarding some flooding issues, Jonathan and Steve went in full blast and had the issue resolved with quality results. They have my recommendations.

Be careful around they their drivers very dangerous on the road

Far from the finest. Just moving in now to my house Jonathan worked on earlier this year. Finding things that were not done properly. He’s difficult to work with and not worth calling back out. 3 stars now, but could go down to 2 if more issues surfaced.

Johnathan and Sven did a little work on my house and a new circuit breaker box with outlet and wire replacement due to the hurricane for a friend. They made special trips to the house to install the water heater, electrical for A/C, and car charger as other contractors finished their portion of the remodel. Less expensive than the large electrician firms. Like all good trades people, they are busy and want to make good use of their time. I would hire them again.

Knowledgeable and fairly priced.

Professional, prompt, thorough and thoughtful. All with competitive pricing.
Will definitely recommend.

I learned about MD Electrical when my Realtor recommended them to upgrade the service panel in a 1970s condo with aluminum wiring. In addition to the panel upgrade, which the buyer's electrician said was impossible due to the difficult location, I also needed AlumiConns installed at each electrical outlet. Jim gave me a very reasonable price and their electricians completed the job on time. Although the new panel is larger than the old panel, with conduit entering the panel from both above and below, they did the whole job in two days with very minimal patching required to the surrounding wall. The attached photo shows the finished job, before we patched the wall.

Electrical professionals!

Excellent service
