Constraction reviews in Largo, Florida

I highly recommend this company! We had our condo bathrooms (1975) remodeled and they look fabulous! From beginning to end of project, Jory and Liz were very easy to talk to, listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get those results. They stayed in touch throughout the whole process and were always quick in answering any questions or concerns we had. The subcontractors were also very knowledgeable and good to work with. We would definitely use them again!

Reel Construction Services - Jory Romano - restored our Helene flooded house during a very challenging season. It took Great persistence on their part to get the required permits so that work could begin.

Jory’s crew of craftsmen were very skilled, including our new kitchen designer, carpenters who replaced doors, including pocket doors, door frames, drywall, electrical for new ceiling lights, plumbing for kitchen appliances, new glass wall in shower, tile installation throughout, and paint throughout.

Jory made sure everything was done and completed to our satisfaction.

We totally recommend Jory and his crew at Reel Construction Services!

I highly recommend using Reel Construction - Jory and his team did a great job of totally renovating a 1980's bathroom and transforming it into an open updated bath.
Once the project began, I was updated daily on next steps and who would be coming to do the work. Each staff member was polite, and took great care to clean up at the end of the day. Thank you Jory Romano and team!

After Hurricane Helene, we had to restore our house and Jory and his team worked with us step by step. They had strong communication and based on our damage they got us back in our home faster than we expected. We would highly recommend.

Amazing! Great work at a great price! We had our 1.5 baths fully remodeled and our full condo floor redone with LVP. Jory, Bridgette and team are very responsive, helpful and great at what they do. We couldn’t be happier and more appreciate. We will definitely use them next time.

Jory and his crew did an awesome job bringing my home back to its beauty (and even making wonderful improvements) after the hurricane. It was a total redo (down to the studs).

We love our new bathroom and door out to our pool ! Jory and his team did a fantastic job. They look our 1962 bathroom and brought it back to life- 2022 style. His team was professional, kind, left the job site clean and always checked in to make sure they were on track with our vision. We highly recommend Reel Construction and look forward to working with them again on our future home remodeling projects.

We had a wonderful experience working with Jory, Liz and all the sub-contractors at Reel Construction on our home addition. From start to finish they were quick to respond to our questions and helped us understand all the steps with the project along the way. Everything was handled professionally, and the project was completed faster than expected. We were so happy that we found Reel Construction to do our project and definitely will use them again on any future projects.

We remodeled two bathrooms, and are very pleased with the outcome! Jory’s team was terrific (Thomas on demolition, kept surrounding clean and safe and done quickly, Brad was an excellent foreman and did terrific work on the all the installation, and Alex was fantastic with the tile, quite the artist, painter/plasterer was quick, clean, and did a great job). Jory is all about the quality and very responsive. We did butt heads on design a bit but as we listened to Jory’s concerns and he listened to our care about we arrived at a fantastic product. We appreciate all the hard work and effort. Bathrooms are great. Recommend having a great outside designer and product person like Barbara Langan at Old World Cabinetry for fixtures also as knowledgeable people are instrumental in the outcome as well. Thanks to all.

Jory and his crew did an amazing job fixing up my ceiling. I was under a time crunch and they did a great job accommodating my needs, completing the project quickly and everything looks perfect. I highly recommend Reel construction.

Jory and his team helped remodel our home and performed a few home repairs that were long overdue. Great price and service. Definitely the best construction company in Pinellas County !!!

Jory very professional and honest. Jory did excellent job remodeling my kitchen which turned out beautiful. Job was started and completed as promised. Have recommended to others. I live in Pam Harbor and was happy he came up my way to do remodel.

After Milton, Jory did a total renovation on my duplex in Largo. Great work, reasonable price, excellent communication. Jory always had time to listen, always returned calls in an appropriate time, and was very accommodating with what I wanted done. I live out of state, and Jorys advice and guidance helped me navigate the process. Without ReelConstruction I would not have been able to get a full asking price 2 days after going on the market. Call ReelConsruction if you want to work with an honest, professional, skilled and dedicated contractor.

I used to be in the construction industry myself, but at my age, it was time to hire someone else to do the work. Reel Construction was recommended to my wife and I. We hired them twice actually... first our kitchen and bathroom remodel, then to add an addition. The quality work matches what I used to do, and as a construction trainer, I know quality work. They also kept the job site cleaned up as they worked through different phases. Excellent and we are happy customers!

Jory and team…..what can I say….what a wonderful experience dealing with Reel Construction. I am so happy with the results, communication and interaction with your team. Professional, cleaned up area and left a lasting impression on a company who cares about its customers. I would highly recommend Reel Construction. I will definitely use them on my next project.

Due to the hurricanes of 2024, all the lower level condo units were a catastrophe at Park View Condos Redington Beach Fl..… But a God given company, “Reel Construction” and his entire crew came in and renovated, reconstructed, and has made each unit even better than it was ever before..His staff stepped up with many helping hands, designed, created and with any additional requests or options things were done impeccably to perfection…Jory and Liz Romano has the experience and knowledge of rules and regulations that has taken us to a happy ending..This company is your go to for any reconstruction, or renovations of any sorts ..
Many Many Thanks

Highly recommend! Jory took us on with our condo rebuild after being destroyed by Hurricane Helene.
He is a true professional who gave us a fair price and we got a beautiful condo back.
Shout out to Liz with keeping us updated on progress and guiding us. You are a great team!

Condo living is new to us and there are lots of restrictions on contractors working in a bldg. That said, we had 2 bathrooms done by Reel Construction Resources and they have the best professionals working for them. Our bathrooms came out great. Took a few months but worth wait. Thank you to Liz and Jory who made it work and made sure all was done to our liking. I would highly recommend them.

We hired Martz Inc for a major renovation, and the experience was flawless. Their general contracting team managed everything with such precision, especially the complex home elevation work. From the high-quality mobile home installation to the final setup, their professionalism and care were evident. They truly turned our vision into reality!

They were efficient, pleasant and very skilled. The project and expedited service exceeded my expectations. Great team!

Very professional staff. Gave precise information and cost and always maintained the line of communication open during the whole process. Was never surprised as to what was going on or what the cost was expected to be. Would recommend this company to anyone needing hone repairs or remodeling. Mr. Martinez was the best during a difficult situation.
