Outstanding Experience with Trust Roofing!

I just had my TPO roof installed by Trust Roofing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Supervisor Erol and his crew showed up exactly on time and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were clear from start to finish.

The team worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure I understood what was happening at each step. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both exceptional workmanship and top-notch customer service, but Trust Roofing absolutely does.

Highly recommend them for anyone needing roofing work!

TJ came out and inspected my roof when I was getting quotes. He offered suggestions and went through the process and didn’t leave anything out. He was clear on what was going to happen and assured me we’d be in good hands with his PM.
Erol was the project manager and he did a wonderful job. Amazing communication throughout the project. They were able to work with me on an unforeseen delay that required us to push the project out by a day less than 12 hour before they were getting ready to start. Booked 2 days for the project, but got it done in one. They were clean, and efficient, and the roof looks amazing!!
Thank you to TJ, Erol, and the entire Trust Roofing Team for a great experience.
10/10 would recommend!!

We had a fantastic experience with Trust Roofing, Armando, Roofing Contractors(Amigos), Nick, Michelle.

They were meticulous with every detail and completed our roof install faster than expected without cutting corners. The work crew were friendly and respectful. From what I observed, they did not waste any time and seemed focused on the work.

Professional, efficient, and highly skilled—highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work!

We had a great experience for a roof replacement with Trust Roofing! Highly recommend - professional, thorough, responsive and got the job done on the quick timeline we needed. Sarah was great to work with.

If you need a commercial roof, this company is the best!! Cleaned up every single piece of debris. Matt was the bomb. Matt made sure we were satisfied with the job. You don't find many roofing companies that have competitive pricing, great work and excellent clean. Thank you Matt for everything you did!!!!!

Daniel Corrado was beyond excellent from the moment he arrived at our home. His knowledge, honesty, and willingness to thoroughly answer every concern and question were truly second to none. Daniel did an outstanding job inspecting our roof and clearly explaining what needed to be addressed and what did not, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. His professionalism and down-to-earth demeanor were extremely impressive and reassuring—it’s refreshing to know that contractors like him still exist. I highly recommend Daniel for any roofing needs, and I can confidently say you will not be disappointed.

Trust Roofing has been the most professional roofing company I have worked with over my 75 years on earth. They completed the work in a timely manner and kept me up to date in progress by sending pictures as the work was progressing. There was a miscommunication in the amount of work to be done. The technician did 3 times MORE work than I had contracted. I have 3 skylights, but since only one of them leaked, I contracted for only one. Trust accidentally repaired all three. The company did not attempt to charge me extra. The technician cleaned up very well. Everyone I communicated with at the company was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Trust Roofing…and generally speaking, I don’t normally have a high opinion of roofing companies. Trust Roofing has given me more hope that trusting reputable companies still exist.

I’m posting on behalf of Mrs Pamela Bray. Trust Roofing was amazing. They did not take long to get her roof started. The most amazing part was Chris and Natasha were wonderful. Considering the fact my neighbor was in the hospital critically ill. They took that in consideration. To the point they took contract for her to sign right there. Once she was out of danger. After that they completed job and did not push her for the payment. I had to notify them to remind them she owes you money and is ready to pay. The job was done in one day. She loves her new roof they did a great job. Would we recommend this company YES we would. Now the house looks better customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Trust Roofing did an amazing job on our new roof. It looks great and was one of the lowest cost of the 5 estimates I had done when choosing a roofing company. Sarah and Erol were easy to work with and even coordinated with a solar company to remove and replace my solar panels. I would absolutely use them again.

From the time of estimate with TJ, who was super efficient and acquiring details of the scope with Chance to the scheduling with Allison and the actual install with Jorge and Armando, I am highly impressed. Everyone I contacted was super knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend TRUST roofing for any and all of your roofing needs.

Happy with installation of roof and completion time for that. We had other repairs to siding that took a VERY long time, (over a year) and I feel we paid more than we should have for. The staff at Trust Roofing are pleasant to work with and do work with you to resolve any problems.

Trust Roofing made the entire roofing experience straightforward and stress-free. Charles handled both sales and project management exceptionally well—he’s knowledgeable, organized, and kept everything on track from start to finish. Adam was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and make sure everything ran smoothly, which made the process much less overwhelming.
From the initial inspection to the final touches, the team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. The quality of the workmanship speaks for itself, and the communication throughout the project made a big difference. My new roof (and gutters) in Safety Harbor is beautiful! Highly recommend Trust Roofing for anyone looking for a reliable, top-notch roofing experience!

While comparing different roofing companies, I met Dallas and I knew I would go with Trust Roofing. He referred me to Errol who was the manager of the crew who did my roof. Errol kept me in the loop all along. He answered all my questions, he supervised closely the work and his crew was terrific. Everything was started and done as promised. Great company and wonderful teamwork. Thank you again Dallas and Errol for a well done roof.

Tim came out to give us a roof replacement estimate on my childhood home that was in need of updating to current state standards. He was prompt, courteous and professional. We really appreciated his insightful approach to our particular roof and situation as well as his suggestions on various ways to protect the overall integrity of the project. We can’t recommend Trust Roofing enough and the 10 year warranty is Chef’s Kiss on top of high quality workmanship!

We had 6 quotes for roof estimates and Dallas at Trust had the best customer service and sold us on using them. They showed up bright and early and were cleaned up and gone by 5pm. We were very impressed! and Special shout out to Jessica our project manager for keeping us updated throughout the day and making sure we were satisfied with the job. Trust Roofing was the best choice for our roof replacement. They replaced our roof in only 1 day and the quality of work is excellent. The communication and professionalism of the staff and crew was outstanding and all of our questions were answered promptly. The installers did an amazing job. Our roof looks so nice and we highly recommend Trust Roofing. Thank you so much for doing such an outstanding job especially to Charles the job supervisor.

Everyone at Trust roofing was great! I enjoyed working with Dallas, Allison and Erol who all were very responsive and helpful. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend!

Everyone from Trust Roofing that I dealed with from the main office to their representatives on site were professional courteous and nice. The crew that worked on the 3 roofs were proficient and knew exactly what they were doing and also very nice. They made sure all was cleaned up and put away for the next days work. Also when finished all spent time cleaning and looking for anything that might have given problems. Felt comfortable they were on it and not to worry. Am impressed and happy with my new 3 roofs.

From start to finish, Trust roofing was a pleasure to work with. From Jerrod showing up to do our Quote, to Tati in the office everyone was very communicative. The price was competitive, and the workmanship was great. I will definitely use Trust roofing again.

Trust is definitely a perfect name for this company.
They did an OUTSTANDING job on my roof. They were extremely professional. They communicated with me every step of the way. The job took only one day. They were extremely respectful and clean with my property. And, they are extremely AFFORDABLE.
When I called to get a quote, I was told that they weren’t the cheapest roofers around. But that they stood by their work and they don’t contract out their workers, they’ve got their own crew. A big reason for my choosing them.
Turned out that they were the more affordable too of all the other companies!
I HIGHLY recommend Trust Roofing. They do a fantastic job from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier.

The whole Trust staff was very nice and courteous. Eddie Frencher came out he was very nice, respectful, professional, and informative. He offered information on options I being a novice wasn't aware that were available to help me with my situation I really appreciate him for all his help. Thank you Eddie Frencher
