I have used Chris’s carpet service many times over the past several years. They have done extensive storm damage restoration for us from water intrusion and also regularly clean the carpets and rugs in two of our homes. Ron is an exemplary technician. He comes prepared. He is courteous, knowledgeable and totally respects our home. He is very professional as are the office staff when calling for services. Ron has never tried to upsell the job. I highly recommend this company.

Had Chris’s Carpet clean my unusual inside brick floor. They did an absolute fabulous job. Extremely friendly and courteous. Took their time and work with care and consideration. I was so very pleased and we highly recommend them thank you so much, Chris’s Carpet.

This is my first experience with Chris' Carpet &Water Restoration but certainly will not be my last. Ron was absolutely fantastic and I am amazed at how good my rugs and furniture look. Not only was Ron totally efficient and knowledgeable, he was more than pleasant and agreeable.

I wouldn't recommend Chris's. We hired this company to clean our tile and grout after the hurricane flooding and construction work. The young man that came to our home was very nice and courteous, but he was challenged to get the grout clean. He called the office after trying a few things. They told him to leave or mop the floors. As he spoke to the office in front of me I asked to talk to his manager so I could understand what was happening. The manager would not talk to me. The young man seemed to be under a lot of pressure from the office and apologized that they wouldn't speak with me. He looked so upset I thought he would lose his job. He was almost begging for me to pay. I wrote a $350 check and really got no service and not even a follow-up call. Definitely not the type of company I would recommend.

UPDATE: Yes, putting the paper towels and a heavy pan on the spot worked. It looks great, the spot is gone!

Jordan did a good job of explaining everything he did and what to look for in the next 8 hours. Was on time & very professional. It looks good, but, can still see a little of the spot, fingers crossed in 8 hrs when it dries you cant.

Had a valve burst on Wednesday and flooded the laundry room and game room. We called and Greg came out within the hour. Brought in fans, dehumidifiers and plastic sheets with suction ( to pull water out of the wood floor boards) and started drying things out immediately. It was amazing. Floor was saved as were cabinets. Have to replace baseboards but it could have been so much worse! Certainly feel for all those who flooded during the hurricanes.

Greg was fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable. He ran point on all and laundry room is usable again. Thank you Greg and Chris’s carpets.

Definitely use them again. Ron did our furniture, carpets and tile flooring. He was very attentive, polite and his work was impeccable.

Fantastic customer service!! I was so frustrated dealing with my insurance and the restoration company they recommended. I couldn't get my questions answered and it was just dragging on with my home in disarray so I got another opinion. Chris Carpet Service got my issue resolved quickly and so much more reasonably. I was actually able to withdraw my insurance claim. I am so appreciative to Barbara and Ron for scheduling me in before Thanksgiving too! I hope I can help someone else learn from my experience and make them your first call!

We really wanted our grout cleaned and restored to its brown color. We had a lot of work done in the house since we moved in and the grout has turned splotchy white in areas from Sheetrock dust and debris, possibly sand from our shoes? The person cleaning the tile tried his best but could not restore the color. He tried to say it was paint but we are certain it was not paint that caused the widespread discoloration. We are very disappointed that it did not work out. They also cleaned a few club chairs that are a few years old and showing some dirt and they came fairly clean except the arms still showed a little dirt. This is the first time we used a company like this so nothing really to compare to but it was very expensive to clean our tile and we are very disappointed in the results. We wouldn't mind the cost if they could have restored the grout to the brown color.

Chris' Carpet Service cleaned the tile in my bathrooms and kitchen and 4 area rugs. They did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them for your tile and carpet cleaning.

Absolutely LOVE Chris' Carpet Service. Chris and Barbara passionately care about what they do and the people they serve and it shows in the quality of their work! True professionals through and through, with servant hearts. Our family recently purchased a gently used sectional sofa which we fell in love with but unfortunately so did the pets of the previous owners and there was nothing I tried that could get the "doggy" smell out of the cushions. I know Chris and Barbara through church and knew they had a carpet and upholstery cleaning business, so I called to inquire if they might specialize in deodorizing as well as cleaning and she mentioned that they had a special treatment they could apply that typically does the trick, so I made arrangements to get them to her and 3 days later they were ready for pick up and you would have thought they were brand new cushions!!! The smell was completely gone and my house smells fresh again! I can't thank them enough! All that said, I highly recommend this business for any of your carpet/upholstery cleaning needs! You won't be disappointed!!
