I hired Elite Exteriors to do a 2 part cleaning service for a huge remodel of my home. The first cleaning was to clean up the construction mess so that final finishes could be installed. I was charged a little over $816. It was a 5 star job and I tipped the cleaners. Based on that I decide to go ahead and hire Elite for the final post construction cleaning even though I thought the Quote for the job was high. The estimate was written up by Justin who never came on site. When I pointed out that there were things listed he took a couple of items off and lowered the estimate to $2380. There were still items listed on the estimate that could not even be done yet (Faucets, Toilets and sinks were not even installed yet) but I needed to move in so I agreed to the terms. For the Post Construction Clean-up, a second and different crew came. Sadly, time ran short and after a full day of cleaning they missed a lot. They came back the next day to clean very obvious things like inside the kitchen cabinets and the tile in bathroom. After that I discovered that the inside of the fireplace, on top of fans and all interior doors were also completely missed. They sent them back again but to no avail because we had already cleaned it on our own and it was very awkward having them back to really do nothing. The cleaner offered no apologies and did not want to be there. I was told on one of the phone calls that they were having trouble with his work and that they probably should have sent the first people again. Elite said nothing else could be done because they had already paid the cleaners. So basically I overpaid for services not performed. Below are 2 examples. I didnt think about taking photos until later as I dicovered more items missed

I selected this company because of all of the 5 star reviews. And when they came out to quote the grout cleaning I was impressed. Very nice and very knowledgeable so I asked them to provide the service. When they were done Paul showed me some areas on the floor that needed grout work done and he said if we missed anything we'll come back. Once the floor dried I saw some areas that were missed so I reached out. It's been over 90 days since my job was done and Paul went from being busy, to being sick, to being at conferences to being unresponsive. I do not write this negative review out of joy, but of sorrow. Unfortunately it's another example of a seemingly kind Christian cross wearing individual not acting in a way that honors God.

Paul and Erica were just fantastic. Paul talks a big game, but he also delivers! I called to have my sofa cleaned. Thorough is an understatement. Paul and Erica arrived exactly at the agreed upon time and got started. They used a door seal and mats to protect my floor. Not only did they clean the sofa, they also cleaned the floor underneath. All my pillows and cushions were left neatly arranged for optimal drying. They smell heavenly! No more dog stink!! The level of professionalism and pride in workmanship that Paul and Erica exhibit is lightyears beyond 'the other guys.' Paul and Erica treated my home like it was their own. That's just something I don't see very often. Highly recommend!!!! You will not be disappointed. Great people, great prices, great work

I just asked for my old school tub to be re-grouted as bits were falling out. Paul and Erica came by and in just a few hours I got a new bathroom. They not only grouted but revived the wall tile color trim. And scoured the soap scum off. I thought I'd be looking at a total bath remodel soon, but now I'm quite happy again with what I've got. Great job Paul and Erica!

I was very pleased with the deep cleaning Paul and Erica did on carpet and floors…so clean and smelled so fresh! Paul was very good about explaining what they do, and afterwards went through everything to make sure I was pleased! I loved that I was sent a video of them removing dirt from kitchen grout with a machine! Very impressive! They both are professional and strive to do their very best! I highly recommend them!

Paul and Erica did an amazing job cleaning my wood look porcelain tile floors, which were coated with dust and debris from construction. They even moved things out of the way to make sure they cleaned every surface. Paul was great with communication, and understanding when I had to reschedule twice due to construction being behind schedule. Would definitely have Paul and his crew clean my floors again in the future.
