Paul and his team arrived promptly and did an excellent job! They went above and beyond cleaning our sectional and all the pillows and even did an extra chair. They were very professional and kept the floors protected the entire time. I highly recommend Surface Experts!

Paul and Erika made my floors look like new again… even the grout! After the storms we had and having a dog and cat my floors needed a lot of help. If there's ANYONE, EVER that I could recommend for cleaning services it would Paul. My husband and I were moving into a home that the previous person did not love and take care of. It was devastating the way the home was left. But Paul, a very thoughtful, kind, true to his word, godly man took beautiful care of the flooring and upholstery. It if wasn't for him, my husband and I would have had a ROUGH time trying to get the house cleaned. It smells like love was poured into the flooring and upholstery!! Where it used to smell like animal and dirt and hair. I don't know how he did it and I will never know but what I do know is I'm so appreciative and grateful for the time and effort he put into making my home beautiful and perfect for my husband and I. Paul and Erica did a fantastic job cleaning my travertine floors and area rug. The tile grout especially looks amazing! They arrived early, took care of moving furniture out of the way, and were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend!

I found Surface Experts on Google after purchasing a home with dirty floors and grout. Within an hour of submitting my information on their website Paul was in touch to schedule the work. Paul quoted me a price and timeline that beat the competitors. He and Erica showed up promptly on their job day and knocked out the whole home while sending picture and video updates on the level of clean they were achieving. When I showed up to the home, the difference was immediately apparent - it looked like a whole new floor!!

Paul and his team were the best!! Truly had an awesome experience with them. Communication was fantastic and excellent work! We needed our tile and grout severely cleaned. It came out spotless and then we got it color sealed. It turned out better than I could have imagined! A lot of hard work was put in and we truly appreciate it. Paul and Erica did such a beautiful job on our carpets. We were denied services from another carpet cleaning company due to living on the second floor with no elevator. This was no problem for them at all. They went above and beyond cleaning our carpets and put so much thought and care into protecting our walls and furniture, as well as providing a barrier for the door so our AC would not escape. They included our area rugs and everything! I highly recommend them!! Overall excellent cleaning and customer service. Our carpet looks brand new!

Absolutely blown away by cleaning done as carpets were in tough shape. Paul and Erica were on time and completed work in time frame they said. Paul and Erica do a top notch tile cleaning after construction. Our place was left with grout and thinset sitting for weeks under paper by shoddy workers. They are hard working people who are proud of what they do. They tell you to call if more needs to be done and actually come back to do it. I highly recommend this company.

I would like to start out by thanking Paul and Erica for their kindness, promptness and attention to detail! They really swooped in, in a time of need and I am forever grateful! After an emergency relocation following Helene, we landed in an older apartment that wasn't quite ready for its next tenant, but we were just eager to find a new roof to put over our heads after our last residence was flooded out. Surface Experts came out to clean, ONE day after we got our keys (in between two hurricanes), they cleaned our older carpets in the bedrooms and all of the tile floors throughout the rest of the apartment. I felt so much more at ease after they left. However, Paul followed up with me to ensure my satisfaction with his services, which I found noble. I expressed my concern that there was grime hidden under the fridge in the kitchen. Paul and I discussed the standard expectations of services of his kind, I learned that the industry standard of special requests of this kind (moving and cleaning behind or under appliances) are shy'ed away from due to liabilities. Paul took it upon himself to come back on another day to ease my concerns about the fridge, and went above and beyond when he also found grime on the sides and under the range as well! You can see the before and after in my pictures, that he could have easily turned a blind eye to and used the "liability" card to save time and energy avoiding this area, but that is far from Paul's nature and level of service that he delivers. I have and will continue to recommend Surface Experts to anyone that needs floor, carpet, upholstery and more, cleaning! 10/10, 5-stars isn't enough!

Paul and Erica are simple the best at what they do. They are a great team and work so well together to clean quickly and efficiently. Paul’s customer service is second to none. He’s a great communicator and was willing to work with me to reschedule when my contractors didn’t finish on time. My floors are clean and beautiful again, the carpet looks so great and he successfully removed all the stains from my furniture. Paul also cleaned my area rugs at no additional charge and they look brand new again. If you need your carpets, tile floors or your furniture cleaned you are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t have Paul and Erica do the work. I very highly recommend Surface Experts!

From the first phone call to our last text, Paul and Erika went above and beyond to ensure the carpets in my home were as clean as they could be and that I was satisfied.

I called Paul on a referral. He explained his process and pricing to me and we set a date for him to clean 3 carpeted rooms in the home I was moving out of. One of the rooms had been where an older dog stayed and the smell and discoloration was a big concern. I stressed the importance of making sure it was as clean as could be to get my deposit back.

Paul and his team were on time, gave me updates, and progress pictures while I was at work. The photos looked amazing. When I got back the house the carpets were still drying so I was unable to assess the quality.

Next day, the worst carpet looked 50% better and the others looked near new! However, the house smelled of dirty water and pet dander in store from the cleaner lighting it all to the surface- so I did the thing I hate doing and shot Paul a text letting him know of my concerns. He immediately called me to figure out a solution. I’ve never had a vendor so ready to ensure I was happy.

Paul and Erika came back out the next day and redid all of the carpets using a different solution. When I got back that day it was night and day difference. I can’t thank Surface Experts enough for the quality and care they put into making sure that my carpets were clean and I was satisfied.

We recently hired Paul on the recommendation from our extremely meticulous neighbor. She had her floors buffed as well as a few other services and just raved about him!! Well, we need our Travertine floors buffed and polished, so we had him come out to look at them for an estimate.While we were talking, I mentioned that we are going to have to replace the carpet in our 3 bedrooms. He asked if he could see them, so he looked and told me that he could clean them for us and we probably wouldn't need to do that. I was skeptical, but what did we have to lose? Well...when he was done, our 17 yr old carpets looked like new!! We were beyond impressed! I would trust Paul to work on anything in our house! We are going to have him repair and buff our Travertine Floors , our granite countertops and clean our area rugs and upholstery! I am an established Realtor in St Pete and am beyond thrilled to have been introduced to him! I have already recommended him to several of my friends and clients because I know what a great job he does! He does EXCEPTIONAL WORK! If you hire him, you will NOT be disappointed! I PROMISE!!
