The best part about this company is they go above and beyond without being asked. Top notch lawn/landscaping care at a great price.

For the owners of this company, the license plate number is gmp m17. As my daughter and I were at a stop light and the company truck and trailer were beside us on Seminole, there was a young lady using the crosswalk, the guy in the passenger side yelled “looking good, looking good.” As women, We didn’t appreciate that. Women should be able to walk freely without being harassed with disgusting comments.
I will never use, or refer this company to my social network.

They rarely show up when they're supposed to. When they do come to "service" our yard they sit in the truck by the road and wait to see if anyone is home to decide if they're going to work or not. I pulled up to my house the other other day and there they are sitting out front like it's brake time. I go into my house and wait to see if they're going to cut the yard and one person gets out to blow a few leaves off the drive way then they leave. This has happened more than once. If you complain about it they send out emails with excuses for their actions avoiding any kind of confrontation. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I've had Bestway doing my lawn almost 2 months. The first month thay only came once when I was scheduled for weekly service. When I called thay said they were behind because of the rain. Then they sent out some guy in a beat up truck to start doing my lawn, not the lawn crew that came out the first time. He weed wacked my grass down to the roots. Scalped my St Augistine lawn. The guy did not know how to properly care or cut a lush St Augustine lawn. Very unsatisfied with this company. Stay away from Bestway nothing best about them.

Super Great!!! They have been taming the Bougainvilles for a while and they always do such a nice job. And what they did for us after hurricane Irma I could never say thank you enough. As long as I have a yard-they will be taking care of it.

We had a fantastic experience with Best way Lawn Care! Super easy to work with both in the before experience and as they worked at the property to lay sod and landscape for our newly renovated houae in Dunedin FL. We would highly rexommmend them to anyone.

I hired Cliff to come and take care of our landscaping needs, our garden was overgrown and unkempt. His staff tidied everything up, cutting down the dead leave on the palms, and put down crushed shell. The garden now looks amazing! Cliff was very professional and his staff were on time did a great job and were very polite. I even asked them to re-lay some pavers which hadn't been in the original quote and they did that for me and did a really good job. I would recommend :)

They worked soo hard at my property and we're so nice !!! Thank you for your hard work! It did not go unnoticed!

I highly recommend Bestway Lawn Care for all of your landscaping and maintenance needs! I called Bestway last minute to help my mom out with her yard, which was out of control horrible. Not only did they show up two days later they transformed her once drab yard and made it fabulous! They service my lawn consistently and we cannot say enough great things about them and their work.Thanks Bestway for taking care of not only me but my mom too and doing an awesome job every time!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve had them for only a couple of months and they never blow the dead cut grass off my lawn. My lawn looks dirty and dead each time they cut the grass. I call, straight to voicemail. I leave messages and no one returns my call. I even went as far as sending them an email through their website and still nothing. I want to cancel but now I basically have to make sure I’m home to meet them when they try to cut my grass next.

Well, I wish i would have read these reviews before I signed the contract. Ernie the sales rep was super tenacious and kind. I told him I would need to know when they would be there so I could open the gates as I have dogs, scoop the poop and all...good client etiquette. Ernie wrote on the contract to have corporate call and let me know when they would be arriving. Ernie said worst case scenario they would do the front if I was not home. Big red flag there. Per our contract, I am paying them to cut, edge, trim and blow the front AND back...the front only being cut would not be OK. Today the men (who were very nice) came to do the lawn without any notice from anyone. I called Ernie at which he had no time for me. The men were here about 20 minutes and the backyard was left unblown. I texted Ernie the pics and stated that I would clean up this time, but hoped this was not a sign of things to come. He said "No they squeezed you in today." What does that have to do with not blowing the backyard????? That was a really ignorant response. So, they have breached their contract and we are at day one. It is a time factor for sure, I am sure they are only allowed so much time per cut and had to rush out. Ernie best not be getting smart with me as that is the feeling I am getting. Kind one day and nasty the next. He got my credit card info, now I am not his problem. Ernie also promised me it would be the same day every week. Reading the posts here on Google Plus, I am now concerned about that. I will give it another week and then give my written 30 day notice if needed. PS On a good note, they shut my gate.

Bestway gave us a really good price on landscaping our property, their employees were very professional and polite. The best part was that the property looks fantastic, we have decided to continue to use Bestway. Five stars and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work at a great price...Thanks Bestway!!

Have only had them come out one time to do yard, was supposed to be here every other Thursday but never showed up today, never received a call and can not get them on the phone or get them to call back, last week they called saying the workers told them I said don’t come back, which on that same day I paid them 50.00 so why would I say don’t come back, later come to find out it was a neighbor down the street.... customer service isn’t important with them. A phone call explaining why my yard has yet to be cut would have been nice, as a business owner myself customer satisfaction is one major piece of the puzzle!

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT CALL BESTWAY. In only 4 months I have called them over 15 times to see why they did not arrive. Don the owner is a liar and never tells the truth. Crew rarely arrives without me calling. Ernie the sales guy will NEVER return phone calls. He hides behind his cell phone. This is the WORST lawn company I have ever dealt with...Customer service is a joke. NEVER hire these idiots at Bestway...Plus they still owe me a lawn cutting job.

Horrible broke sprinkler system do not trust
cleaning up my yard Ernie came out and gave me a quote to clean up my yard they were horrible and never finished the job. Office person Danny yelled at me and called me a mean person instead of managing the employees

Bestway just finished landscaping our front yard. Purchased the home in Dec 14 and nothing had been done for quite some time to the yard. It now compliments the house and the neighbors are all coming out to tell us how great it looks. They are the nicest, friendliest people and answered all my questions. I recommend this company to anyone needing landscaping.

The service provided by this company is second to none! They have gone above and beyond for us and I’m only sorry that I didn’t contact them sooner. I highly recommend them.

We hired Bestway to make a retaining wall and to clean up the bird of paradise in our backyard. The "estimator" had sent us pictures of the brick choices. After picking one, he came out to have us approve the paperwork. Apparently he had brought a brick at that time which was not shown to or discussed with me, the man "says" my husband said sure. Well, when they came I saw it was not the same and there was a dip in the wall. When I went outside to talk with him the "estimator" was there supervising and began arguing with me that it was the same as the picture (no, no it wasn't) I really wasn't happy and said they may have to take it back. That is the time in which he had a temper-tantrum and told the guys to stop, pack up and left without finishing. They tore up the wooden frame and did not replace it and left what they had cut from the bird of paradise all over the backyard.

Even if I had agreed to the brick personally. If a customer doesn't like something. You make it right. I don't know if he thought he could railroad me because I'm a woman but I have rarely met someone so ridiculously poor in customer service. He should be ashamed of himself for behaving that way and literally walked off from the discussion while I was holding my baby in my arms. I wasn't yelling or anything, I just wasn't going to pay big bucks for something I wasn't happy with.

The employee was polite however and apologized for the man's behavior saying "for what it's worth". I can't blame the two guys just doing their job.

Just be forewarned about what you are getting into and you may want your husband present when using this company...but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

P.S. My husband told the owner when he spoke to him that he would talk to me about the resolution. He did not however promise that I would take down MY review. No matter what discount was offered the incident happened and I have never been treated so poorly by any company in my life. My philosophy is if you want better reviews improve your service and/or change the people who are working for you.

I have had Bestway Lawn Care doing my property for 6 years. They do a great job for a good price. Also very good attention to detail and good communication. Would definitely recommend using them for your lawn care.

I have been with bestway lawn service for over a year the worst service ever first two months I had on the only came out and cut the grass twice called begged for them to come out trying to give him some more chances so when the rainy season sit in and it rained there for a long time never bothered on or nothing because I knew the grass was too wet so finally two weeks later after things and dried up call them again trying to get them out here took me two more weeks to get them to cut the grass so after that it has not rained here for 2 weeks they should have been out here last week did not show up so I guess on Monday I will have to call and see when they're coming the guy in the office name Don is very rude they say they have trackers on their trucks they act like their customers are liars I get tired of paying for a service that I have to beg somebody to come out and cut the grass I have always paid them well in advance they sent my bill out for September and we have not showed up any of the month of September but of course the guy in the office Don is going to be rude talk about no customer servicehopefully when I speak to them on Monday we can figure out and get me out of their contract this is the worst service ever all these ones on here people please believe them don't listen to anybody else because it is true if somebody is on here that gives them a good review it would have to be one of your family members or something or maybe a big business because believe me I never complained and I have give them a whole year trying hopefully that they would just cut the grass . it is now 520 pm on Monday 09/16/2019. no phone call or no one came out to cut the grass for your information William I did go to a different company so you better think you need to think twice about when you hire people . and the owner never did contact me so good luck
