I hired Bestway Lawn care in June, 2014, to mow my lawn. By mid June the crew using a weed eater ( incorrectly) shattered my sliding glass door panel. Yes, they did send a glass co. to repair it and they said they would take care of the invoice. By mid July the crew shattered the gate used to enter my back yard. When I reported this incident they refused to acknowledge they needed to replace my gate. They won't take my phone calls, but let my number go to voice mail. The owner through an employee asked I write a letter stating what "I think" his co. did to my gate. I complied. I sent pictures, emails, letters, I've sent am estimate for replacement gate. I am not acknowledged in anything I do or say. So I had to fire this company. Only then were a 'few months' free service offered me. I want my gate replaced and I will settle for nothing less. Hire this company if you feel you need to, but beware of the hassle that may become pivotal in your life concerning your lawn care. I still have a broken and now shoddy looking gate since July 17....

I have been using Bestway Lawncare since 2006 when we bought our home in Clearwater. They have done wonderful with everything. When I needed something extra, ex.- trees trimmed, mulch, wild bushes cut down, anything, they were there promptly and did a wonderful job. Cliff and Ernie are great! Reasonable pricing and a great job! Highly recommend.

I had a rocky time with Bestway Lawn Care. I was very displeased with my service. Clifford contacted me and came out to meet me personally to go over my issues. He was incredibly pleasant, understanding and determined to turn my experience around. I have to say that I am sincerely surprised by how responsive the company is and how dedicated they were to turning a bad scenario into a more positive one. I have agreed to continue service with the company and will provide additional updates as we proceed. Thank you Clifford!!

rude and unprofessional. they take money then leave on vacation to Europe so "too busy" to provide service or to refund you as they are burning your money on vacations while your lawn is not taken care of. SHAME! I asked 10x times for a refund of prepaid year and the woman in office was yelling, nasty and then would not even pick up the phone. I gave up - let these thiefs get their karma.

Worst lawn company I’ve ever worked with. They responded promptly to give a quote, but that’s only because they want your money. Worst customer service I’ve had to deal with. They don’t show up for weeks at a time and allow your lawn to become overgrown and unsightly. When they finally show up, they don’t complete all the tasks discussed and are very sloppy, filling our flower beds with grass. When I called (multiple times) to address this the gentleman in the office is extremely rude and acted like I was outrageous for requesting all services I was paying for be completed AND they show up weekly, again as paid for. This company is nothing but a scam. Horrible service. If I could rate a zero I would.

They took the money for the year of and we confronted them about not doing services they said the owner is in England on a fabulous vacation for three months and they are not responsible to do anything or refund the money to go ahead and sue them. Just thieves. Mr Clifford - You are the right company! The services were pre-paid for a full year and transferred to me as a part of purchase. You CHOSE TO NOT PROVIDE SERVICES and did NOT send the promised refund. SO this IS THEFT and is NOT Ethical! Cherry Ln is the property address and your assistant is RUDE and hangs up every time I called to ask about promised refund as you never provided any services.

We have had a great experience with Bestway taking care of our lawn for over 5 years. This week they did a fantastic job cleaning out brush and shaping our hedge. They are very friendly and they take the time to get the job done right. We highly recommend them.

Bestway has the best customer service. I purchased sod for my backyard. They were competitive in price, showed up on time and were very professional. I had some minor repairs and they fixed immediately.

I agree with all of the one star reviews. I wish I never signed a contract with this company. The owner was very charming, and promised to cut the grass every other week. The people that came out the first time did a poor job and left grass trimmings all over my driveway and my gate open. Then they never showed up again as promised. I tried calling a whole bunch of times and no one got back to me. My grass is extremely overgrown. He finally responded and said the grass is too wet. It constantly rains in Florida and people mow anyways. I don't understand his thinking.

I am responsible for the maintenance of a large commercial building. I hired Bestway to take care of the lawn. They show up every week and do an excellent job! If they can't come on the scheduled day, they always come a day or two later to make sure I have service for the week. There are about 100 people going in and out of the building every day. I have never received a complaint from any of them.I highly recommend Bestway.

I have a property out of state that I hired them to maintain the lawn for. This company is a complete scam. They would invoice me and never show up. They would tell me they were there even while I was there thinking I wouldn't know because I lived out of state. They tried to tell me that they took care of the lawn on Friday- I arrived Sunday & it looked like it hadn't been touched in months. Being I told them when I would be there you would think they would be smart enough to at least show up- but nope, they weren't. There services were scheduled for twice a month. My neighbors said they hardly ever saw them. Do not let the sales guys who are very likable win you over. They are theifs. Four months after I fired them they billed me again. Obviously used to billing me without providing any services. Trust the reviews- unless you like paying for nothing.

I sent Bestway a request for a quote. I was called immediately and they came out to my home within the hour to give me the "free" estimate. We used them for a Full Clean Up. We are extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and the excellent job they did on our yard. We were so impressed we signed up for weekly lawn care.

I cannot thank Bestway Lawn care enough for my new lawn! I had landscaping and re-sodding done. I wish I had taken a before and after photo. What an amazing transformation!! I also appreciate the extra time the owner spent with me to ensure that they get the work done to my specifications. I love my new lawn!
Update: I cancelled my lawn service with Bestway Lawn Care. I was not happy with their lawn maintenance service after the landscaping and re-sodding. The original team that was assigned to maintain my lawn was shoddy. They also damaged my gutter and admitted to causing the damage, but the company has done nothing to resolve this. I made multiple complaints to them, and included photos. They finally offered to send another team to maintain my lawn, but by then, I no longer felt confident in their service.

I hired Bestway about 3 years ago. I am a part time resident at this house. My property (vegetation) was in need of being tidied up in a big way. Cliff promised me he would take care of the mess on the first service visit to my house at no additional charge. He promised me I'd be happy and he kept his promise. Everything was trimmed, shaped and cleaned up nicely. As a matter of fact this is ongoing whenever his guys service my property. They are at the house the same day every week and his workers are efficient and courteous. I have referred Bestway to a few neighbors and they are pleased and have thanked me for the referral. I find some of the negative reviews here hard to believe and contrary to my experience. I would highly recommend Bestway Lawn Care.

Cliff, Ernie and their entire staff are the best. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They did, and continue to do, an outstanding job with my landscaping and property maintenance needs. I highly recommend you give Bestway a try if you want a perfectly manicured property. They are the best I have used over my 60+ years at a very good price.

I am relatively new to the area and have been using Bestway Lawn Care for about 18 months. I have worked with many lawn care companies over the past forty years and Bestway is second to none! They understand Florida lawns and the needs of those lawns during the different Florida seasons. They truly take the time to understand the needs of your particular lawn and are meticulous about the details, edging, trimming and overall maintenance. They take pride in their work and go to great lengths to please their clients. No reasonable request is ignored. The client’s satisfaction is paramount in their efforts to achieve total satisfaction. I am so happy I didn't let the negative reviews on this company stop me from using them. How could anyone say cliff was unreachable. I had every call returned as well as office manager call to check on progress while workers were at my house.... We had our lawn tore out and beautiful new grass laid all in 1 day! Bestway was fast, professional and ahead of schedule. The owner even came by to make sure I was happy with the quality of sod as well as his workers performance. Neil and Barry were AWESOME!!!! I love my new lawn! If youre looking to beautify your yard,Do yourself a favor and hire this company . 100 percent satisfied. Their pricing was lower than 2 others we had quotes from. I would love for the owner of this company to reach out and fix the issue. Dani is unprofessional and unethical. Dani is making me wonder if this company is a scam. I see other reviews claiming this company is a scam and I also see the owner getting offended by that, rightfully so, but then have your staff treat paying customers with respect and finish the job. If the owner would like to personally check my lawn, it's obvious that they did not finish the job. Also the mowers keep leaving cigarette butts in my yard after. I'm tired of getting ghosted by Dani after we've paid. Owner, if you're reading this, your staff is making your company look like a scam and according to other customers, this seems to be a going consensus. Instead of bashing paying customers, I'd highly recommend you address Dani's work performance.

My yard looks beautiful!! They were Very helpful with plant choices. New Grass looks great. Other quotes were too high. Dani, Ben and Clayton have been professional, and such a great team
