I have used this company twice and have the service plan. Its a family business and Chris is a great guy. They are fast, professional and a life saver. The have a service plan as well to maintain your system. Great value. Would use and recommend again.

Awesome when no one could fix this unit they did

Sylvester is awesome! He keeps our AC in check! He is polite, works hard, is on time, and is a family man. Such a cool guy and my AC is always in tip top shape after his service.

Sylvester was on time, very thorough and friendly. He took the time to check all aspects of our system, explained what he found and had us up and running quickly. We highly recommend this company due to the pride they take in servicing their customers.

I have been working with complete heating and cooling for over a decade now. They are always very prompt, very professional, very courteous, and they do their job to the best of their abilities. I have highly recommended Chris and his company to my neighbor who the very next day also had a new HV AC system installed.

Mike came out was very efficient and was able to locate what was occurring with our newer AC unit and was able to implement a plan to address the issues. Got the air cooling again and were able to get our ac unit recharged. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use them going forward for maintenance

I highly recommend Chris. Got home last night to lights out and AC not working. Amazingly, was able to get an electrician here first thing this morning. He diagnosed two problems, one with the AC. He recommended Chris, and he was here within a couple of hours! Chris was nice and conducted a thorough exam of the AC. Luckily, I just needed a new thermostat, which he installed. Chris was clear and communicative; he explained what he was doing and pointed out other things that I need to watch. I am thrilled to have everything fixed within hours on my first day of repairs, for a reasonable price. I will definitely call Chris again -- although I hope I don't have to for awhile!

Excellent company. When our AC went out we called and received service quickly. Chris was honest with us about the options to repair the unit despite it being old. He had our AC back on within a few hours. Very professional. Quick and honest service. We used to use Acree but they were dishonest and charged higher prices than were reasonable. We will use this company from now on. Highly recommend.

Complete Air got an experienced tech to my house and measured my broken unit very quickly. Had a quote on a replacement within the hour, all parts in stock, and installed my unit less than 48 hours later. Installation started before appointment time and the guys worked hard and quickly, with no problems, and my house is back to cool! Definitely recommend Complete Heating and Cooling!!!

Chris was amazing and so efficient. We have just moved down from Indiana and our unit quit working. They were so accommodating, professional and very pleasant to deal with. The next day we had a new unit installed and we are cool again!! Thank you guys😄

Always love to have Sylvester come to do bi yearly service on my Air Conditioning units... He's friendly and professional...he does a thorough check the outdoor and indoor unit... I recommend Complete Heating and Cooling for your interior climate needs 👍👍👍

Our air went out, I called at 9 am and was scheduled for same day service. They kept me informed along the way when the tech would be out. Mike was very courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and had the problem solved the same day. We are very happy and would highly recommend this company. The owner is awesome and responds quickly. Honest and trustworthy company!

Mike was out here earlier than appointment time, but with a call ahead to ensure I was able to show him the issues. He diagnosed the problem as an in-warranty compressor failure. At that time, he was able to provide a clear and concise estimate. Littke pricey, but well within the market values. My mom nust had this done too by another A/C company and it was for a similar amount. He returned with the proper materials and got me running in less than 3 hours. Great job Mike! This company is so honest and professional. The owner Chris makes every effort to accommodate customers in this terrible time of the pandemic. His crew of Mike and his helper texted when they were on their way and how long it would take them. They both wore masks and were very careful to demonstrate social distancing. Mike was very thorough and diagnosed my issue very carefully and did what was necessary to get my system running again while performing maintenance as well. Everything is done via text or email and the process is extremely smooth. I highly recommend this company and this team of professionals.

We’ve used Complete AC over the past few years for several projects including air duct design and installation, AC maintenance and relocation, and the purchase and install of 2 new AC units. Chris is very knowledgeable and has never let us down with the solutions he recommends. Mike has completed several projects at our house and is professional, on time, and a pleasure to work with. They are both responsive, great at communicating, and deliver quality work. Their solutions have resolved air flow issues and the new units that we purchased have been the right size to support our home. I have recommended them to friends in the past and will continue to do so.

I had a new a/c system installed back in June. Chris answered all my questions and concerns and was extremely attentive. Meghan helped coordinate the whole process including registering the units making sure everything ran smoothly. The installation crew were extremely professional and prompt.
