I usually have Sylvester. He’s very efficient and he definitely knows his craft. He’s honest and explains things so I can understand them. And I like the idea of them keeping me informed and taking care of my system. Obviously, in Florida, Air conditioning is important for Comfort and sometimes health reasons. . And lately with these chilly days I have used the heat a little bit.
So yes, I am very happy with this company. They come twice a Year to maintain it. But I will say also I’m very good at changing the filter

Professional and knowledgeable about my Ac unit. Appreciated the feed back on the parts looking great and any areas of concern. I highly recommend the uv light to help with the coils. Inside is spotless and no mold! I have only met Sylvester & Mike but I am sure the entire team is as wonderful as they are!

We needed maintenance when we bought our home last summer. A tech came out and repaired and bumped up our Freon. Over the last year it has leaked out to almost depleted unfortunately. We were quoted Freon and repair but the owner called and was concerned that we would be wasting our money putting Freon in a unit that has an obvious leak, is 16 years old and needs replaced. He offered a quote, and gave a lot really great information if we choose to go a different route than replacement. I appreciate his honesty and integrity in his work and am glad we did not waste money with a bandaid. We will work with them again in the future when we can get a new unit!

Called Complete and they were there asap.
Very honest & fair! 2 other local AC COMPANIES told me I needed a whole new system. Mike & Chris came on two separate trips got us fixed for around $600. A lot better than $6500-$9250 to replace the existing system. God bless them for being friendly & honest!!!! 😊👏
I would strongly recommend them to anyone having AC ISSUES.

Chris and his team weee able to fit my system into their busy schedule. I needed a Full replacement, and a full-blown new A/C installation on literally the hottest day of summer this year. The workmanship, communication, removal, and installation was seamless, professional, and perfect. I would definitely recommend this company for AC or heating work you need.

The Bryant AC unit is a lemon as I have replaced all major components within 7 years. However, the technicians have been responsive, knowledgeable and timely with the repairs. Chris, the owner, addressed my concerns with the quality of the product and took action over the portion in his control.

I was completely stunned and shocked. I had the highest respect for Chris the owner Sylvester, the service technician. They are the only company we ever used on our condo. We bought it brand new five years ago. They have been servicing it the day before Thanksgiving. we had water backing up From the air conditioner system. We reached out to complete heating and air with no return call. Then I reached out to Sylvester the service guy. He claimed he was away for a week and they will not be opening till Monday. So we had a maintenance guy from the condo unit , come up and check why. Our drain line was completely clogged. So he went to check the filter. There was a newer filter, smashed over top the existing old filter. This is the only company that has ever worked on our system and that condo. I reached back out to the office today, Monday morning and they claimed they will no longer work for us. I asked him for a refund of our service that they did not complete properly. Then I did warn them that I will be giving them a proper review of their improper service. Also, Buyer beware if there are any parts that they tell you that need replaced make sure they show you the old part and the new part they’re installing. Because at our home they charged us $1500 for a part that when we had our home inspection was never replaced. When I questioned that that’s when I no longer wanted to service us. We thought they were great people. Just shows you just can’t trust every one.

I Do Not Recommend This Company!!
They installed my new air conditioning unit 2 1/2 years ago and offered a peace of mind plan for a big price for the year and didn’t even maintenance my unit correctly. I’ve had issues with it the entire time and recently had issues and they supposedly fixed it and they blamed my air ducts for their poor work performance they provided. I had a new company out 2 weeks later and had duct work replaced and it wasn’t the issue they had to re due the job this company supposedly did but obviously not because it kept freezing. I’m still having issues.
The owner Chris has never answered or acknowledged any of my messages for this unprofessional work that has cost me over $6,000 dollars. Pictures below of their rigged work.

If you want honest,kind,professional hard working men you will not receive that from this company. Check around there’s much better out there!!

I just had to get a brand new unit not even 4 years later because of the unprofessional work of installing the previous unit to close to my house and the poor maintenance that was done by this company. The owner won’t even acknowledge me!
So very unprofessional and unreliable!
Don’t waste your money! This company doesn’t even deserve to be in business. Look elsewhere!!!
