The technicians are always on time. Respective of clients and do their job efficiently and throughly. Sylvester extremely nice and client focused. Does an excellent job and answers questions. Sylvester was my technician again for the July AC maintenance. He always does an excellent job. Very respectful and answers questions and needed information to keep my unit running efficiently. Thank you for always doing an outstanding job!

I called Chris at Complete Heating and Cooling to make sure my a/c was running at its best. They sent out a technician rather quickly which was a big plus in my book. It all checked out well and the tech had a few recommendations which I felt were very helpful and gave me confidence in this company. I went ahead and followed their advice on getting the maintenance plan. I feel it’s affordable and also gives me peace of mind knowing that the unit will run properly with them servicing it on a regular basis. I highly recommend this company. Chris was always helpful in making sure everything went well.

I would highly recommend this company because of their honesty, integrity, and dedicated hard work. When I needed a new AC unit I reached out to get a couple different quotes, the owner, Chris, was able to give me an affordable deal and had no conflicts scheduling even though this is his busiest time of the year. When Chris and his team came our to replace my unit they remained dedicated to finishing the job even though the circumstances were not favorable. If you are looking for a honest company to do business with, I would recommend Complete Heating and Cooling!!

Great service from these guys - we used them for a repair that ended up being complicated, and they helped navigate the warranty with the manufacturer to help save us money and did a phenomenal job on the fix, and we're back up & running! Highly recommend if you need HVAC. Mike was our tech did a great job and Chris was fantastic to coordinate everything.

Complete heating and AC company, Pinellas County.

Chris and Mike are the best! We needed an A/C piece installed and a maintenance repair. We understand that in our current environment having contractors readily available is never going to happen, but Chris promised us as soon as he had an opening he would fit us in. My husband and I thought that Chris would never call us back but we were wrong!!! He kept to his promise and 3 1/2 weeks later Chris and Mike came to our rescue! They are both extremely professional in every way and we are happy to say that there are still people in the world that will keep their word! Thank you so much!

Chris swapped out our flooded AC unit and air handler and replaced it with a heat pump. He also did a lot of duct work upgrades. Chris and his team were very communicative, timely and professional. He was such a relief to find in our time of desperation post our home flooding. Thanks so much Chris for helping us in our process of getting our home back!
