WHEN he showed up, did an excellent job. Only had to mow every two weeks but had excuses putting off my lawn. I was away for 5 months, and I counted on Bret taking care of my lawn. Bret texted me the Monday before the hurricane was to hit St. Petersburg to let me know he was going to be too busy and didn't know when he be able to get my lawn. No damage other than lots of mostly sticks and leaves.
Started April 12th and I think the last mowing was September 17th. We paid September's bill before he resent September's bill with cancelled on it. Both my husband and I called and left messages - no response! So he quit with no notice. No communication. NOT DEPENDABLE. NOT RESPONSIBLE. Maybe he got sick. Maybe his crew quit. I don't know why he left us high and dry; we wouldn't be back home until the end of October; 6 weeks no lawn care and than have to find another company. NO COMMUNICATION.

I very much appreciated him taking care of my lawn, it is one less thing to worry about and he was very responsive and clear about the pricing and how often it needs to be cut, I noticed he didn’t try to overcharge me
In the months when the grass wasn’t growing a lot. The service was great and I would recommend! Thanks -

We needed some Landscape Maintenance in our HUGE Backyard as well as our front yard. Brent's quote was unbeatable and his hard work unmatchable. The yard looks AMAZING, & he even said he'd come back to touch up a few things before we get ready to sell the place. I forgot to take some before pics, so I can't do before & after, but I am truly impressed with Brent. HIGHLY recommend!

Brent is very conscientious and thoughtful. He has the best interest of the Owner in mind and will adjust schedule if needed to accommodate the Owners needs. Excellent quality in his workmanship and his great work ethics is reflected in his finished product. I initially hired Brent to perform landscape cleanup and upon seeing his work I hired him to perform my lawn maintenance. Glad I did.

I reached out to BNE Property service about a month ago. Previously I had another lawn care service that was just too unreliable. Brent called me the same day I reached out and arranged to come over the next day to look over my property and discuss my expectations. He was professional, knowledgeable and was agreeable to all the services I was interested in. He had me on the schedule within a week. He always sends me a text the morning of my service and lets me know approximately what time he will be there. I have three dogs so His texts give me time to make sure the dogs are in the house and secure for when he gets there. Not only does he do an excellent job on my lawn, palm trees, and ornamentals, but he goes out of his way to answer any questions I may have and even goes so far as to research things like accessories for my irrigation system and even sends me links on what I should get, and where I can order them from. I couldn’t be happier with BNE!

*I can count on them to adhere to my scheduled day and time for service.
*The grass has a crisp cut. Their equipment is obviously well maintained.
*They edge every week, even along the entire fence!
