I was woken up by one of their septic system trucks at 6:00 am and it ran for 20 minutes. When I called customer service, she wouldn't even try to resolve the matter because I wasn't a customer. Shame on you!

I had a really bad problem with my septic they had to come twice to get the job done and where here over 4 hours working on my system Richard and Chris are amazing handle my Job asap and charged me a very fair price thank you guys, I Highly recommend them.

I would give you a 0 star but not allowed. You charge me $1000.0 and came to my home several times and empty septic and water continue to overflow from toilets, shower, tubs and when I try to put another emergency service call, I was told you have a message for a supervisor, but I have to wait 24-72 for a phone call from plumber supervisor, while my toilets are still overflowing and our house stinks and we are cleaning floors with towels mops to no avail. Worst service ever.

Ed Schadler from Seminole Septic came out today and pumped our kitchen grease trap. He is very nice and thorough. I have worked here 4 years and we get our trap pumped quarterly. I believe he has been here twice now and he is the only tech I know of who scrapes the inside with a putty knife and rinses with a hose. It's such a small job for them and we really appreciate the attention to detail.
