Corey and Juan came to rescue! They met with us right away and both were knowledgeable and professional. Corey knew the solution to our ditch situation as soon as he looked at it. He kept in touch at every step. We highly recommend Wind River Seminole Septic.

Today we had our second quarterly visit to have our grease trap pumped at our bakery. I love that this company offers text and email alerts when the tech is on their way! It helps me feel prepared. Today's tech was Mark, and if I could request him for every visit, I would! He was polite, professional, quick, and efficient. Great experience overall!

Edit 10/19/25: Since they got taken over by windriver they've declined. I called early last week for service and was told someone would call me back in 1-2 business days. Still haven't heard from them. They lost my business.

We have used this company last year, and decided to use them again this year. I like the fact that I received email notifications when the tech is arriving and who will be arriving. It definitely helps to get prepared and make sure someone is home at the time of their arrival. Our tech was Charles today, and he was great! He was on time, professional, efficient, and really nice. Great service and experience!

Wind River Environmental responded to our town after the devastation of Hurricane Helene, which made our lift stations inoperable. Todd made himself available 24/7 which was monumental in preventing any sewage issues in our town. Every driver we encountered was polite and helpful (for the full 6 weeks that we required their constant services). Cannot recommend this company enough!

Josh came out and cleaned the filter and pumped the tank. He showed me how to take care of the filter myself for regular maintenance. Would definitely recommend him!

The Wind River Environmental /Seminole Septic - Excellent company and service! Jake, Todd , Cory, Darnel, and Dakota provided a great working experience. The team is efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive to customer needs. I highly recommend them.

We called Seminole Septic when our septic tank in Clearwater had pump problems and filled up. We were about to go on vacation and needed service fast. Our phone call was answered by Chris who I think is the office manager. He was great, he snuck us into his groups schedule and had a crew out there within four hours. He explained the process and pricing clearly, there were no surprises. Derrick came out and cleared out the tanks, he tested our pump and attempted to get it working again hoping it was just the float valve. He explained how the system worked and they were able to recommend a great plumber to come out and replace the pump. Derrick and his helper did a great job and they cleaned up our little mess totally. Everbody we dealt with at Seminole Septic was competent, easy to work with and communicated well. The job was great and did not cost a fortune. We ended up being able to keep our vacation schedule because they worked to speed up our call. Really can't thank them enough for their speedy help.
