Luis did a full diagnoses and resolved the current issue. This issue is an ongoing matter. I call Air Rescue every other month for the same problem. My AC unit is only 2 years old and this drain clogging needs to be re evaluated or reinstalled properly. Overall, Luis was very professional, honest, and fair. I hope he is the tech that comes to my house when needed, every time.

The tech was nice and did a great job! He fixed the issue which was a clogged drain line. My complaint is how much we were charged to complete the same service we would receive during our 6 month maintenance visits. We pay once a month to have maintenance twice a year. The tech stated the AC stopped because the drain needed to be cleaned out, which they would've done at the maintenance visit we have set up in two weeks. I called the company while the tech was here to ask why we are being charged over 300 for a service we pay for yearly and saves them a trip from coming out in 2 weeks. The staff on the phone were unhelpful and the supervisor stated he has to escalate it to the main office which was closed today due to it being Sunday. Very frustrating for being a long time customer that pays monthly. Hopefully I hear from someone this week to settle the issue.

Grant was wonderful. On time, very knowledgeable. Communication was great as far as explaining what was going on with our system and different options etc. Would highly recommended him to anyone and would happily have him back for any future issues.

Today Richard S came out for our annual checkup. He was wonderful too. Very quick and thorough. Took the unit apart and cleaned and sanitized it. Again, you can't pay me to change companies.

We have been using Air Rescue since 2019 and you couldn't pay me to go any where else. Daniel was very nice and explained everything he did. BEST EVER

Dan is awesome!!!! Dan is reliable, a hard worker, and very competent in his job. He explains things along the way, and he is very willing to answer questions. Dan is very personable and we are lucky to have him perform our AC services. He is an absolute asset to Air Rescue. Nicholas was fantastic. Very friendly and very knowledgeable and respectful. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all with out hesitation. I called Air Rescue Monday which was a holiday and they came out this morning to get my A/C working again. He found a couple issues and repaired them right away. I didn’t think I had warranty on this unit and he and his team went out of their way to find out and in fact I didn’t have a warranty. I was happy with everything. Do not hesitate to call them. Daniel D. is an exceptional air conditioning professional. He conducts thorough inspections of my system, attentively listens to my concerns, and provides thoughtful options and alternatives. I highly recommend Dan. I've been a loyal customer of Air Rescue since 2020, and they've consistently taken excellent care of us—whether for routine maintenance or emergency service calls, which inevitably seem to strike during the hottest summer days and at the most inconvenient times.

Thank you to Richard Santos for finding a problem in my HVA system. That was very difficult to find. Richard is a professional, on time, courteous, and customer focused.

Mike M from air rescue did a great job. He found a burnt wire in a 2 year old unit and fixed it and made sure the ducts were solid with retaping. A pleasant guy and I like the way the company lets us track then tech on the road with the miles out and ETA beforehand so we know exactly when they are coming. A great feature no one else had so far that I've seen.

Nicholas was very helpful, knowledgeable in his trade and troubleshooting lead him to a simple starter relay that was wired incorrectly. I highly recommend him and will make sure if there is any other issues or repairs required to request his services. He definitely represents what a quality driven technician should represent in today’s complex systems.

I do not recommend this company.
I have a maintenance agreement and they came out for a 6 month a/c check up. He did not clean the unit and didn’t spend 1 minute in the attic where the air handier is. Didn’t check the heat at all. A/C had been working fine. He said I needed a new capacitor, said mine was going bad. My unit is only 4 years old. Charged me $354 which supposedly included my discount for my maintenance membership. Found out the capacitor only cost $20. I feel like I was taken advantage of as I am a senior woman with no knowledge of A/C parts. It’s really hard on a fixed income to fork out for unexpected expenses. The whole thing just felt wrong when I had not had any issues and my unit is only 4 years old. Also, every time they come out they are trying to sell you something. I called and canceled my maintenance membership after many years. They offered to send another tech out to clean it but never offered to give me any money back. It doesn’t appear like they do any cleaning with the maintenance, just looking for a way to charge you for something you may or may not even need. Going with my gut on this one.

We’ve been having some AC issues the last few months, called Plan B last night after hours and we had someone at our house early the next morning. Glen came out, very professional and very kind, discussed in detail our options. We decided to replace the unit, not because we felt pressured, and they are installing the same day. We are extremely happy with Plan B. We had them out on a service call last year, they were fantastic then and even better today! We love Glen! He’s the BEST!

Richard S is the best technician that we have ever had . He is so thorough and respectful. He explained every detail of what we need and what we should watch out for going forward. We always request him for our service tech.

Friendly with excellent service. Told me about new products to enhance my A/C. I’ll have him out again.
