Chris H was very nice and helpful. I strongly recommend Egberts for HVAC needs and honest customer service.

I used another hvac company previously and was disappointed in my service, so I decided to give Egberts a try. It was night and day. Anthony was amazing. He was so thorough and professional. He made sure I understood everything and showed me all the photos and information he gathered about my system. Turns out I needed some repairs. He showed me multiple options for the repairs and comparisons for new systems as well. I did not hesitate to schedule installation with Egberts and look forward to being a long term customer.

The tech came on time, good. Fixed the problem, good. The price to fix the problem, good. What's amazing about the situation is that I had another company come out and tell me it was a freon problem and they don't do r-410a freon anymore. It ended up not being a freon and the tech quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I recommend this company because they are honest.

Ivan was by far the most knowledgeable electrician I’ve had in my home I had an outlet issue that 2 others couldn’t figure out and he was able to find the broken splice under my home and do the repair I a timely manner for a great price

Very very thankful to this business! Our AC abruptly shut off about midnight and I called another company TWICE and they weren’t able to get to us soon enough. I called these guys and they were here in about an hour and a half! We have a baby, so it was super important for us to not be in an 80 degree house. We had Eddie Glosson come out and he was SPECTACULAR!!!!! He was extremely professional, proficient and personable. He told us exactly what we needed and what we didn’t. I’m glad he was our tech today, he’s five stars all by himself for sure. I highly recommend this company and if you can, ask for Eddie!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what I received with Egberts and my technician, Kyle. They were the only one out of four companies I contacted that were able to come out same day to fix my ac and were able to arrive in under two hours at that. Kyle was quick with the repair, very respectful, knowledgeable, and kind. He took the time to explain what was going on and what was needed for the repair in a way that made it very easy to follow and understand. Definitely recommend this company and even though I had to find them during a time of emergency, will be eager to utilize them in the future for my ac maintenance upkeep. 10/10

Matt did an excellent job with my repair. He was knowledgeable, and very friendly. Also, informed me of future risks with my system and let me know of my options for replacing my AC unit, which will be needed for my home.

They are ready to take your money and the more the better. We requested a quote for something UV lights in the handlers. Unfortunately we learned quickly that the sales person talks fast and throws numbers but when the quote is actually given, the total is inflated 300%. Don't waste your time on having them come in.

They promptly answered my call and came out same day which I appreciated! Kyle, the technician who helped, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did a great job of quickly figuring out what the issue was with my AC and also recommended some preventative maintenance products/services which I took advantage of. Highly recommend to anyone as their services and products are very reasonably priced and they know what they’re doing!

From your techs up to your service assessor were wonderful they took pictures of before and after and shared every aspect of of the work that needed to be done and the work completed . “Each time the special question was asked, Do you have any questions “ I was always reassured that I could call if there was any problem.
