I had an excellent experience with Karlos from Problem Solvers. My AC was leaking inside and not cooling properly, even when set to 69. Since my unit is 10 years old, I compared prices with another company, but they were overcharging me.

When I called Problem Solvers, Karlos was professional and very responsive. He emailed me his license and insurance documents the same day so my HOA could approve roof access, and the following day he arrived right on schedule.

Service level was excellent, Karlos the company’s owner and operator was honest about the work required to fixed my AC.
My unit was out of warranty from the manufacturer. During his first visit he found the problem in 20 minutes, the same day was able to pick up the necessary parts from the manufacturer distributor. The next day my AC was serviced and up and running.
