They came to my house after the AC out for 3 months. Landlord finally called. They work with them. Stayed 15 minutes. Charged the AC - I told him it wasnt working - he said the AC is bad and talk to the landlord to replace. Then told the landlord it was fixed. Nahhhh. Garbage.

Shalom was punctual, professional,courteous,and knowledgeable. He checked all causes found the problem, informed me what was needed and the cost. He fixed the problem fast and efficient. Made sure air was working before leaving. Can’t thank him enough. Whole job was done in a hour and I had cold air again . Thanks to 123 air and Shalom .

We were in a bind one summer night and needed quick help. Indeed, they came 123 and fixed the problem, but didn't overcharge. I especially liked that I was explained the problem in simple terms.

In the late morning, I got an error code on my thermostat and the air conditioner stopped working. It really was not a good time for the AC to go down.... I called my go to guy and he was there in less than 30 minutes and fixed the issue in even less time. Didn't charge me rush or holiday prices either.

This company is not recommendable at all. We had purchased a duct cleaning through Groupon. The technician that showed up did only half the job of what was included. We called the company and they reluctantly said they would wen someone out a month later to finish. We waited in vein and none ever showed up. When we called back and explained what happened they hung up the phone and didn't answer until we called from an different number. Once again they promised to send someone out. This time a week later and the same thing happened. No one showed up and two days later we tried to call and as soon as they realized who was calling they hung up and never answered the phone from then on. This company is fraudulent, full of lies and empty promises. Thanks for wasting my time and money 123 air repair.

Everything from the sales meeting to the installation went seamless. Shalom was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during the sales meeting. Shalom and Oren were both professional and installed my new unit quickly and cleanly. Would use this company again.

Super responsive. They have replaced full systems for me. In one case redid ductwork and moved AC location. They have fixed problems on Sundays. All their rates are reasonable, but the service and professionalism are tops.

Purchased a duct cleaning service through Groupon. Took only a couple of days to get an appointment. It's a small business with a big service. They come across very knowledgeable and reasonable. I opted to have my coils cleaned and system sanitized and their rates were very reasonable (about 30% less than most big ac repair companies). I couldn't recommend these guys more.

Our air conditioning unit broke down in the late evening. We called 123 air repair to come out at 930 pm. They arrived shortly after fixed the system and charged a fair price. I was vey pleased and amazed on how courteous and fair this company is. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. My personal experience was great!!!!

I have been using them for many months to maintenance the AC in my business after it had a major leak. they replaced the entire system and not they come on a month to month basis to maintain it.

My AC was blowing air, but not cooling. We set up an appointment, they followed up throughout the day, and when they arrived, they found and fixed the issue within 15-20 minutes (needed a replacement part). Would definitely recommend.

I have recommended this company to others and will continue to refer them. The owner is knowledgeable and honest. He has repaired the unit which was 26 years old several times without pressure to change out the unit. We knew it had met and passed its lifespan and most will look at the year and just say" you need a new unit". Today we changed the entire unit. He gave us a fair price (i always do my due diligence) and they were quick and professional. I met them on a home services website but I usually only use someone that comes recommended to me from trusted family or friends .I highly recommend this company.
