They have a comparable price and they connect with acompany that do financial for 0% interest for 18 months.
Now they do the maintenance as well on my machine .

These guys are the best. I bought a new house with an old AC. They came out and inspected everything. What I loved was their honesty. In two days they gutted the old damaged air ducts, installed a new unit, and repaired all my grates. They came back a couple months later to clean the drainage, check the unit, and clean the handler. Friendlist service I've ever experienced. I hope to continue using them for years to come.

I've been using Under Control Air for just over 2 years now. I have their annual maintenance plan which provides to check ups a year. They are incredibly professional and most importantly, honest. I also get 12 months of filters through them as well which is very convenient since they are different sizes. I have 2 separate air conditioning units so it's important to keep them running 100%.

The Under control Air team was amazing. They came to install a full new AC Unit. They started on the roof which is 4 floors UP proceeded inside the
House. They were very professional Sergio, there is one who wears glasses I forgot very friendly and professional . After they were done they packed up and Sergio cleaned the floor With broom and mop I was so happy because usually people leave your house looking a mess but they left everything super clean. I would highly recommend them! They informed you of the entire process and ask permission before proceeding great work!
