The AC stopped working suddenly this morning. I called a friendly person and she was able to send someone out that day. The system is well-organized and efficient. I received a text confirming the arrival of a technician and an alert when one was on his way. Jose arrived exactly when they told me he would. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within minutes, then checked that everything worked as expected. He even gave me some tips for a new home we are building. I will not hesitate to contact them again or recommend a friend.

April 2025 Update - Our AC unit was making loud sounds so I contacted Mike. He came out the same day. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. His pricing is fair, and he is very professional and efficient. Highly recommended!

Mike was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. The furnace had not been serviced in several years, and was making a knocking noise. I called Mike to do a general inspection. The wait for an appointment was just a few days. Mike explained everything and was thorough. He showed me the correct way to replace our entire house humidifier's water panel, something I didn't realize we needed to do annually. Mike provided excellent service. We will continue to call Mike for our HVAC needs.
