I had a new AC installed. They did not replaced the new wood platform that was included in the quote.
The AC has been leaking and not draining properly since installation and since I did not live there full time, the “1 year “ installation guarantee had past by the time I discovered how poorly the unit was installed. The owner does not stand behind his work. Beware and stay away!

I really like the technician they send out, he was very respectful to my house, and I like he explained everything that was wrong with the system in a way I can understand. he definitely knew what he was doing, and also I like he told me exactly what he was gonna do and how much it was gonna cost me before he did anything, and with my approval my system was back on and cooling.it was a great experience and I would definitely use Advance air conditioning services again

Let me start off by saying you did an excellent job in repairing my AC system. From the initial contact with your office, I was patiently given simple answers about the likely causes of my AC breakdown and the approximate cost to repair. I was on board immediately with your recommendation to perform a leak test and eliminate a potentially expensive trial and error. Knowing before hand the potential repair cost allowed me to make a even better decision in choosing this company. No one was able to help at 2 in the morning. But I called all service air and he walked me through the steps and got my AC running; came out next morning and got my AC running optimally ! He's the best!

I wanted to control the humidity in my condo when I was away for the summer months. Called their number. Surprise! Talked to a real live person who knew what he was talking about. His priority was to explain to me how this all worked. I really did not need a visit, a review of my equipment, etc.etc.$$$..He explained on the phone what I had done wrong in the installation and how to hook up the humidistat.

What a lifesaver!!!!
The Monday after Irma my power was restored at 9:30 pm. Unfortunately my a/c wouldn't operate.
I called the big screencompanies that offer 24 hour service...only to be told I would have to wait at least 3 days for service.
All Services showed up within the hour.
I know it had been a LOOONG day being right after the storm.
My problem was diagnosed, fixed, and he even gave the compressor a check up.
Awesome service that is SO RARE in South Florida.

Michael returned my call right away. He was very knowledgeable and addressed the problem not the symptom. He was prompt and on time for the repair and would highly recommend him to anyone.

While others would have seized the opportunity to claim that my compressor had gone bad, All Services replaced a burnt out wire and run cap, and topped me off with a little more freon for a fraction of what a new a/c compressor would have run.

Then, on top of it all, as an existing customer, they even gave me a modest discount on the labor! Would highly recommend.
