This is my 1st negative review. I don’t even know who came to my home yesterday. It was not David, whom my window guy, Ron recommended. I won’t be using this company for maintenance because of this young man. I feel thoroughly taken advantage of being charged $525.00 for 2 blown fuses! He enthusiastically recommended that I purchase a new AC unit from the company. He said I have a very cheap unit that is not big enough for my home. It is an American Standard, the perfect size, it cools and heats very well and is only 2 years old! He literally said he’d send someone out the next day! Being an older woman living on my own, I thought there would be more respect. This kid only saw me as a cash cow to be fleeced.
