I own an Airbnb in Fort Lauderdale. I had a beautiful family staying at my home over thanksgiving. The AC began to malfunction. Of course I got desperate and called these guys. (I was in NY and they knew it). The tech came in, said I need a new coil and they wanted 2k to do it. I said no way, I will have my home warranty cover it ( I called them first, but they were unable to support for an emergency). Guests of course had to find another property. Sears came out, said all the parts in my AC were practically brand new and it was only a clogged line that caused the ice freeze up. They cost me over 2k for a 150.00 fix because they knew I was desperate. Contacting the city of Fort Lauderdale and Lauderhill on this company.
