When I saw that more than 4500 clients granted 5⭐️ to this company I didn’t hesitate to book for estimate for a new AC unit. They didn’t disappoint! Their price was MUCH more affordable than 2 other companies I have asked before. 2 days later they installed my new AC unit. It was all smooth, quick and highly professional. Customer service was outstanding, every over the phone conversation was just perfect! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! This is business done as it should be!

Made an appointment with Cool Air USA and was scheduled for 11 am - 2 pm. Lior was my technician and the man knew what he what the issue was in a matter of minutes. He texted me to let me know he was arriving in 30 mins which gave me time to get ready for him. When he arrived, I explained my situation, he double checked the breakers, thermostat and then my A/C. He came down with pictures and thoroughly explained what issues caused my A/C from working. He maintenances my A/C as well. He educated me on maintenance tips and was done within an 1-2 hrs. Great guy, great experience and I would definitely recommend this company again!

We received our annual maintenance of our AC system here at our condo so we have two units. We also have the IFlo System In our AC units.
Jose, the technician for Cool Air, USA installed the flow system several months ago in our two units and the system is remarkable as we get no breakdowns. The system flows beautifully. Yesterday was our yearly maintenance and I requested Jose he did a thorough job of the unit. everything looked proper and he installed the new I Flo solution bottles, And we are all set for the year ahead with our maintenance.

The AC inspection & tune-up were completed with no issues.

The duct cleaning was done with care to keep things as clean as possible (furniture was covered & the areas were swept afterwards) which I greatly appreciated!

Replaced all of my ductwork from the AC unit to all of the rooms. Added 2 more returns, replaced some of the piping from the outside unit to the inside unit. Very responsive, great pricing, hardworking crew, very efficient in the way they operate. I highly recommend Cool Air USA for all your AC needs.

Mitchell and team at Cool Air did an outstanding job with the deep cleaning and restoration of my entire HVAC system. I am allergic to VOC compounds and they switched to a very low VOC cleaner which got the job done right. Services included coil, ducts, vents and even UV light installation. These guys are the real deal! Highly recommended!

I've used Coolairusa in the past for small urgent ac repairs... always fast efficient service. This time my system was dead and I shopped for a replacement. 3 different estimate and coolairusa won out... system was installed next day and my whole house is cool again. I didn't write down the names of my technicians but they were great and left my place better than they found it. Dealt with Adam on the phone excellent customer service. Cool Air sent us a professional to do work on our vents. His demeanor was kind, he was very open to answer all our questions in great detail. His professional acumen was of a man that came to the house, staged his equipment as needed and worked for over 4 hours without a break to complete the task. After he was done he did a meticulous job of cleaning up debris left behind. This guy should be rewarded well in his company as you don't ever want to lose employees like this.

Woke up with my A/C reading 81 degrees. Made a simple Google search and came across Cool Air USA. Was lucky enough to be able to find a technician for my area on the same day! Other places offered me next day appointments. So I was blessed and grateful to have same day service. I was greeted by Mr. Stanley. He arrived promptly within the warranted time frame. Was very kind and professional. He fixed my outside unit and got the A/C running fairly quickly. He was extremely helpful and that made my family and I very happy. After giving this company a second chance, they truly followed through. The technician (Jose) was extremely thorough, took the time to fix the issue, and carefully inspected my unit. He also answered all of my mother’s questions with patience and professionalism.
