Cool Air ASAP saved us!
Called them in a panic when our AC stopped working during a heatwave. They showed up fast, diagnosed the problem right away, and had everything fixed same day. Super professional, honest pricing, and no upselling. If you want cold air ASAP, this is the company to call. Highly recommend!

⭐ 1 star – Dishonest, Aggressive, and Unprofessional

I had an awful experience with Cool Air ASAP. They first diagnosed the issue with my AC as a faulty capacitor and charged me almost $700, claiming the part was expensive. I later found out the part costs less than $50.

The next day, when the AC still didn’t work, they said the real issue was the fan motor, and asked for another $450. I agreed, desperate to have working air again.

When I questioned the failed first repair and didn’t immediately send payment, the technician David turned aggressive and sent someone to my house to remove the fan motor he had just installed — leaving me without AC again. I had to hire another company to reinstall the fan and finally fix the problem.

To make things worse, David was rude, disrespectful, and borderline harassing in his tone. His behavior was completely unprofessional and inappropriate throughout the process.

Cool Air ASAP is dishonest, unreliable, and aggressive. I do not recommend them under any circumstances.

Woke up one morning to find water under my floor boards. Then realized the A/C had been leaking! Called multiple places that were being very difficult, until I found cool air asap on Angies List! They came within the hour. Pulled everything apart! What I really like is that they showed me everything that was happening and explained in details. After which the Technician David told me “ I can patch it and clean it out, and will work for a time” or you can get this brackets replaced and welded and would last even longer”. I appreciate that he gave me choice and didn’t try to swindle me! Honest and efficient.

Excellent experience with Cool Air ASAP. I had a technician come to repair my air conditioner that stopped working. He cleaned the ducts quickly and professionally. I highly recommend him.

They replaced my old broken air conditioner with a new better unit. They also helped me get financing for the home improvement. The cool air feels wonderful. I recommend them highly to everyone.
