The A.C. is old in the house I rent. But it does blow real cool air. On May 16, 2017, it came as surprise that it wasn't blowing cold. In fact, it was a very hot, humid, summer day here in Broward. So I gave Mike a call, and within hours he was here in oakland park, fixing my problem. His services are good, and explainations, diagnostics, and reparation/fixed my issue right away. (I had overworked and froze my unit over) Mike thawed it, added some frion, and was good to do business with. I would recommend him to whom ever is in need of air conditioning assistance. I found them on the internet. They claim to beat any quote by 25%. When I called the lady and told her what I needed she quoted me higher than a few other quotes (not by a lot) and gave me a lame reason why she could not give me the discount. That there should have been a red flag and caused me to look further. They claim to have been in business a long time but do business like an inexperienced company. The invoice was off the computer and did not specify anything. Just how much to pay them. I told her that invoice was a joke. Michael was unprofessional, messy and unorganized. The price included the permit. Michael tried to charge me again for the permit and started to get a little huffy with me. I also told him they were not running my credit card until the final inspection and it was approved. He did not like that. I would never use them again or refer them.

Excellent Service!! I called at 6am and Mike was at my house by 9am. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also showed me. How to repair the problem myself if it happens again.. Thank you again Mike! For your rapid response and for doing a awesome job!

Called All Services AC Inc. this am (Saturday). Mike came to my condo unit and fixed the AC leak. Also suggested to make change for the return grills and drop ceiling. Already got an estimate, which seems to be fair. Honest person. Will have him to complete the work. Very knowledgeable and good attitude. Thank you.

I have an issue with my wall unit a/c in my apt.. I called several repair companies and all they told me was "we don't do wall units". End of conversation.

I then called Mike at All Services and he was very honest. He told me he doesn't repair wall units but went on to review my issues with the unit I have. He then suggested I look into replacing the unit as the unit is probably more money to repair than the cost of a new one.

He even suggested a few places to look for the replacement unit.

I will be keeping his info in the event I ever need to repair or replace the central a/c in my home.

We have been calling on Mike for all of our air conditioner problems for the past 20 years. We have lived in different towns and he has serviced the units at all locations. He is fair and explains in detail what is the problem. He completes the job to our satisfaction. Pricing is fair and competitive.

Mike was the most professional and helpful technician. He was very respectful and overwhelmed helpful when it came to responding to my AC crisis and while I was preparing to go out of town. I recommend using this company and especially Mike to everyone in the area!

I must say i found this company on google and a wonderful gentleman name Mike picked up the phone and could not be more helpful. I have an elderly mother whose air conditioner was not working and he said at 4;30pm her could be there tonight to check it out. I asked a price and he told me he had a special to check it out and he would call me when he was on his way. He has called me every time and also kept me up to date on what he was doing. I find him to be honest and certainly reliable which is hard to find. He did not charge me time and half even though it is far past normal business hrs. Mike is gem and a true honest man.

5 star rating. Mike showed up when he said he would. He went above and beyond the expected service. Aside from the AC unit, we also had issues with our washer/dryer unit that he was able to resolve. He was happy to explain his diagnosis and offered suggestions on how to do general maintenance on our own. He was both kind and cheerful.

Approximately 4 1/2 months ago I moved into a new place. Right away at night my bedroom sound like I had a large air conditioning unit in my bedroom. Before, meeting Michael I had already had three air conditioning companies. They installed new parts but the noise was still loud as ever. They would be in and out like a flash. Now, I was thinking about moving but at my age moving is too much. I called an Acoustical Company in Minnesota for some advise. I was told what kind of company to look for. I did searches on Google and took a look at BBB of Southeastern Florida and the Caribbean. I selected 2 companies and called them. I decided to go with All Service Air Conditioning, Inc because the reviews impressed me. My nerves were shot from the noise, no sleep, and the extra finances. The same day I called, Michael came over and he listened to me and he went to work. He knew exactly where to start. That night I had a restful, quiet night. Michael is honest, reasonable prices, and a fast hard worker. Michael is my A/C man forever. Thank you Michael.

What can I say? Mike is the one everyone should hire for any A/C problems! I had called early in the morning and I told him what was wrong, so he suggested I try to fix it own my own to save some money and gave me step-by-step on how to do it. When I told him the problem wasn’t fixed, I called to make an appointment. He was extremely punctual to my appointment and was very knowledgeable. He went in great detail into what he was doing and tried to teach me some things about the process. He wouldn’t settle until the problem was solved and even went out his way to get the part I needed to fix the A/C and came back (same day)! I paid a little over of what I had intended, but it wasn’t his fault (the part I needed was on the pricey side). He is not only professional, but extremely personable, with a great sense of humor! "Honest Mike" (as my wife has him listed in our phone contacts) truly lives up to his name and reputation. I have dealt with several air conditioning companies over the years since I bought my house 20 years ago and Mike with All Services Air Conditioning is the only one I've met who truly cares about his customers. He's fast. Reliable. Reasonably priced. But most of all, He's honest and fair. And that goes a long way in my book. our A/C was blowing nothing but warm air. No obvious signs of a problem. No ice. No dripping water. He got to my house and in 10 minutes he found the problem. He doesn't beat around the bush padding the job. He was able to fix the issue temporarily until he could come back the next morning with replacement part. HE IS AWESOME!
I've used him twice now and I won't think to call anyone else the next time i have an issue. He's the only one I will recommend. hands down.

Mike came out to give my AC a tune up in Plantation. I needed a full clean-out.. Mike thoroughly inspected the entire system. I was really impressed with his honesty, and professionalism. He told me exactly what needed to be done and the time it would take. I will use All Services AC in the future, and I recommend you call them if you have any AC needs.

The owner Mike is always fast at responding, and does a great job. His prices are reasonable as far as repairs. Unfortunately he doesn't offer financing to install a whole new unit, or else I would have went with him to install. But, he's a great guy that really goes above and beyond!

Found this AC repair reviews while looking through the reviews from my last repair place. Wanting so much to believe these reviews were genuine, I decided to take a chance.
I am most happy to say that what customers posted were absolutely true.
Had this same problem two years ago and was advised to replace my unit. Cost me $3000 plus. Mike was able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. Havent met Mike yet but within an hour my AC unit was back in service.

After bad experiences with two of the larger air conditioning service and repair companies, I decided to try All Services. Mike took the call immediately and said he was on a job site and would call me as soon as he finished. He called back a short time later, asked me a few questions, gave me a few instructions to make sure the unit would not be further damaged, and headed over. I live in a large condo complex with strict access policy, so Mike was not able to get in because he did not have his licensing and bonding info with him. He promised to come back the next day. True to his word, he submitted all the paperwork to the condo assoc and scheduled an appt. He was on time. He ran a diagnostics test and quickly concluded the unit itself was fine, the culprit was a valve and motor regulator installed by the condo HOA to control water flow through all the A/C units in the bldg. He got maintenance to bring up a replacement, then he installed it and tested it. Problem solved. His bill was very reasonable, about 1/3 less what I have paid for similar service calls. The guy's a pro and doesn't over charge. You can't go wrong. P.S. Let him know in advance your condo regulations for vendors so he can email or fax the paperwork before he arrives.
