I've had a few companies like this over the past few years but none of them like this one. The gentleman (Martilien) was so patient and understanding of what I needed done. He communicated everything that he was doing and he was very knowledged about what he was doing. I provided a feedback with his supervisor already and I also wanted to let others know about my incredible experience.

Martilien came from over from a neighbor’s to get us out of a jam to hook up our new fridge. He was polite, thorough and cleaned up all of the scraps. Totally recommend MK Home Services.

His quote to replace our electrical panel in our home was fair and matched market value, he was on time for the appointment and repairs. Even though we had a little hick up in the process, he was more than willing to rectify and correct the misunderstanding. Great technician, I would recommend him for all of your electrical work.

M&K showed up on time to give an estimate on the service and explained exactly what he needed to do bring electrical from my house to the patio I had out in the yard for my hot tub, he was very thorough and gave me different options. His price was fair and better than the two other quotes I was given from other companies and faster response. He was the only one that thought about running the electric directly from the box outside to the patio whereas the two other companies wanted to run it from the inside panel through the attic and back out through the soffit. M&K was able to show up at 7am the next day to do the work and he was done in approximately 3 hours and let me know when he was done then showed me the work and made sure it worked. We had an issue with the hot tub plug fitting at first he was ever to get it in there and the tub was up and running for us to use in no time. He cleaned up after everything. M&K was excellent.

He arrived before our scheduled appointment and looked at the proposed work, gave us a price [which was fair] and proceeded with the work immediately. He was very professional, completed the task in a timely manner and cleaned up after the work. Being a residential design professional for many years I have dealt with many contractors and subcontractors over the years both good and bad. The first thing is that JTE was very responsive. I called Thursday and they were able to send someone within 24 hours. Electrician Jesse came at the appointed time, listened to my issues and went to work narrowing in to resolve the electrical problem. I had a couple of issues that he repaired quickly. Jesse was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him
