The company is very responsive to the need of the yard and what clients want. They give a well balanced recommendation and are proactive. I have been using them for about 12 years now and I will never hire others. Everyone I dealt with from reception, to techs and the owners, were very professional, honest as well as very friendly. I highly recommend them. I was not home for this call but I trust them.

Your men worked tirelessly and completed the job that we requested. It was very tough because of all the roots and actually I don't know how they were able to keep up the pace that they did. EXCELLENT WORKERS! You are so lucky to have them!

Martin did an excellent job on my system today. He arrived promptly and took the time to explain how my system works and what I needed to do to improve it. He went over all the costs and explained what he was going to do. I will be requesting Martin to come out to my house if and when I need service on my system

Great communication from scheduling the apt to the finishing of the work. Phenomenal work ethic, knowledge and superb work outcomes! Will definitely use this company and request Alfredo additional services are needed in the future.

I did enlist additional estimates, workers ran late or didn’t show. Those that did show unfortunately had terrible communication with significant up charge for similar work.

Posted the review 2 years ago, now a customer for 4 years and could not be happier, so I am adding to my original review. Great, smart and fast technicians. There has never been a problem that they could not solve, and there have been some tough issues. Brianna and Christine in the office are great. My technicians Alex, John and JR are all amazing--Thank you very much for your service and expertise.

Coastal has been servicing our irrigation system since we moved to Florida ~2 years ago. The technicians are great and they have a solution for every problem. Coastal has replaced and adjusted heads for our mature growth and they now have our 9 zones operating efficiently and in a sequential logical manner. Our techs have been David, JR and Scott and all of them are smart and a pleasure to deal. Briana in their office is great as well with scheduling and billing. Irrigation systems always need adjusting, we have Coastal come every quarter for a comprehensive check and some adjustments to ensure that we do not have any issues. We feel fortunate to have found such a great service provider.

Austin was great-professional, proficient, and respectful. He not only installed our new smart irrigation controller, but programmed an additional zone to improve water coverage and trained me on the new system. Excellent service provider!!

Did an adequate job after I explained my issues. He unfortunately left before I got back from doctor appointment so he never showed me how everything worked. I really wanted to see how the app worked and how I should use it. I also wanted to see where he fixed the items I requested. Hopefully, he (or someone) can show me the fixes and the app operation.

I had an amazing experience with this group! They were punctual, speedy, and incredibly reliable. Everything is functioning perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

My tech was Grant Nunan. He did an excellent job from beginning to end. I called out for maintenance to make sure everything was working as it should with my sprinkler system. Grant assessed the area and found 3 broken pipes and 2 heads that needed replacing. He was able to fix the pipes and replace all the heads in the same day. The service was timely and professional. I highly recommend!

Grant did a very good job. Took the time to explain the problem which I always appreciate. He was quick and thorough and cleaned up the job site. This is the second time we have had him here and both times he has done an excellent job. I want to thank you for getting to us on such a short notice. One thing we don’t have to be concerned tomorrow for our home inspection.

Tori was here early and was a tornado 🌪️ on the job, which required very tough sawing and installing a big handful of parts. I checked on her a number of times and she was so hard at work it made me want to go sit down!
