Austin is hands down the absolute best irrigation tech period!!! Oh, his boss Grant makes it all happen. A knowledgeable leader that cares about his staff and never let's his customers down. Even if he has to do it himself!!!

Cesar went way above normal service and made sure that everything was fixed and done the way it should be done.

I saw the company truck in our community got out of my car and approached Caesar who told me to call the office. We've had had an irrigation leak on one of the sprinklers and have been hand watering for weeks. They squeezed us in and he arrived at our home at 5:00 p.m. not only did he check and align all the sprinklers but also found 3 cut lines which he quickly fixed. He found heads that were watering the street and advised to change. He worked until after 7:00 p.m. that is a true professional. The cost was very reasonable especially for such a late hour and all the repairs. Our sprinklers are working perfectly and our plants are happy. We plan to hire them for a maintenance check at least every 3 months. Highly recommend this company and Caesar is the only technician I want.

Technician was very good. Friendly. Knowledgeable, and courteous. My appointment was at 8:00 AM and he didn’t arrive until after 4:00PM. it was not the technician’s fault, circumstances happen - but that was an 8 hour wait.

The skilled technician provided clear, detailed explanations during the installation of our high-pressure cooling system. They patiently addressed our inquiry about whether the system could also support mosquito misting, offering insightful information on the topic. Man, what a difference In temperature the high-pressure cooling system comes highly recommended to cool your patio in the hot summer days Florida.

We have had issues with standing water on one side of our house asince we bought this home 5 years ago. Ever since she became our service tech I finally feel like we have gotten answers and repairs have been done. She’s very easy to talk to and explains things clearly! I appreciate the continuity in the same service tech too. She knows what she’s dealing with when she comes and we don’t have to retell a new technician every time.

These guys are the best. Coastal was at my house within just a few days of me calling. They quickly figured out what the issue was, completed the repairs and had my water working again in about an hour. Great company! I highly recommend them!!

Jesse was extremely professional and very helpful with his recommendations. He did a great job installing new irrigation valves for my home. The entire Coastal staff was great, scheduling was great, service was great. I will be calling them again for any irrigation issues I may have in the future.

Technician Matt arrived EARLY, quickly assessed the situation, and had the damaged sprinkler head swapped out in no time! A+ for having online scheduler and texting 👌; a millennial’s dream!

They sent out a young man named Jesse, who went over all the options with me as well as the specials. pricing was great and Jesse actually returned to do the whole installation in one day. He did a great job, was very neat and went over the app with me until I understood it. I would definitely suggest you’re going with this company and request Jessie

Alfredo was professional,knowledgeable and courteous. He completed the sprinkler head and replacement, inspected the entire system, and replaced our irrigation system control box. All in a timely manner.

Isaiah was our Service Tech. He was professional and detailed in his workmanship. He fully explained all the work he completed on my irrigation system. He then asked if we had any further question. Very pleasant experience.

Tory was THE BEST in fixing my sprinkler system! Verrry knowledgeable, as I grilled her on my long-standing issue with a sprinkler zone and work done by a prev. tech. I'll request Tory to do my checkups and repairs in the future. Give that girl a raise!!

Finished incomplete work from an earlier visit this week. Corrected rain sensor connectivity and repaired a leak in the recently serviced pipe. Cesar did a great job in finishing this work. Coastal was very helpful in sending a tech on short notice.
