Ryan was my technician very honest knowledgeable and kind very informative about my system and what it needs and did a great maintenance. I would highly recommend him to do maintenance on your friends and family.

Today, 7/18/25, I had a replacement of an A/C unit because my older unit had weather damage due to lightning. The Advanced Wind Service team was fantastic. The Techs were on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and did their job with perfection. I appreciate everything your company has done for my comfort during this very hot & stormy weather. Our HVAC system had died in March and they did a great job putting in a new system in a very timely manner. But Helene and Milton took out it out again. After many A/C service contractors working on my system I have never had received 5-star service. Now thanks to Ryan and Advanced Wind Services I have. They found all my problems never uncovered by other companies and corrected them. The service by Ryan was exemplary, friendly, and of the highest level of quality ever experienced. He fixed all the small discrepancies like holes in the ducting, replaced the float switch which another contractor simply removed, repaired insulation as well as others other minor repairs. Also important was their reasonable pricing. Again, I have through the years never received this kind of service and are most pleased to recommend this company.

Great experience with Advanced Wind Services!
When I called, office staff were so professional and got me an appointment the same day due to my air conditioning unit breaking down. When the technician arrived they performed diagnostics and took pictures of my unit to properly inform me on the issue in my unit. As it was an older unit that was experiencing different issues, they recommended a new unit. They had special pricing on Allied units and financing. They were able to install my unit the next day in the morning.

Ryan came out to look at our A/C system and found several problems that he easily walked me through and gave me options for fixing. We had a feeling some things were off and he walked us through what were looking at and made recommendations without pressuring us. Very professional and considerate. Ryan, our service tech, quickly identified problems that were causing mold buildup and increased power usage. He installed UV lights and thoroughly cleaned the units all on the same day.
