Just had my 6 month maintenance done and my technician was very thorough. He explained, in detail, what he was doing and brought some things to my attention that previous techs had not. Super nice guy with integrity and candor. I’m very pleased with my service today!

They came to install mini splits in my offices. Perfect work. Careful and very professional. Checked everything was good before they left. Great financing for this and arranged 0% for 18 months. Set it all up. Came back immediately when I had an issue. Fixed it.

I've just bought two more. They installed them today. Again wonderful workers and very professional. Came home to find very chilly rooms in the middle of lower 90s Florida afternoon.
What more can we ask? This company is a jewel!.

I was impressed with the quality of provided service. They arrived to replace my old units just in 1 hour after my phone call. All jobs were done very accurate and fast. The team work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them for any AC-related services. They used shoe covers walking inside the house which I really appreciate.

Ryan arrived and introduced himself warmly and professionally. Ryan was quick to inspect our A/C system, provide a diagnosis and course of action. We asked for an estimate which he promptly provided so we can plan a date the service can ve performed when we are home for more time. This was an exceptional service experience.

Ryan was one of the most honest and caring technicians to come to my house and this isn't my first experience with an ac tech. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and the fact he educated me on how to maintain my system in between visits to have a longer lasting system and better air quality in my home. I agreed to the wonderful special cleaning they were offering and they gave me a free year of maintenance as well! I had a fantastic experience with the technician who came out to service our AC today. His name was Gary, He was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He discovered mold in the system—something we had no idea about—and walked us through everything clearly and patiently. He didn’t just fix the issue; he helped improve the air quality in our home by installing an air purifier right in the unit. What really stood out was how he looked for ways to help us save money and our system without cutting corners. You don’t always get service like that. Highly recommend!

We hadn't had our system serviced for years before I called AWS based on the reviews. We had Ryan show up to our house and could not have been more impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He worked through our system inside and out, explaining what was working well and where we could make improvements. He ended up finding the beginnings of a mold infestation. We had an air purifier installed on the handler and the change in our home's air quality was startling. I was more than happy to sign up for their maintenance plan, which was very reasonable for the work it entails.

Ryan was great, efficient and very informative on my system he notified us of the issues on our system and also the efficiency of the system, then proceeded to provide solutions on taking care of microbial growth that was found in the Air handler. He was able to help us with our problems same day highly recommend him for any ac service or maintenance.

Paid for a brand new AC system and within 3 days it stopped working. Communication between the office and techs is non-existent, rude customer service on the part of the techs who seemed frustrated that our brand new AC wasn’t working and he had to “drive over three hours on a Sunday” to fix it (even though 24/7 service is advertised). Then when the tech messed with the wrong breaker and we lost power, they fought with us claiming it wasn’t them (even though power was lost while the tech was working on our breaker box) and they refused to do anything about it. As a brand new customer who bought a whole new system costing over $10,000, there was no priority placed on the fact that we had NO AC. Would not recommend at all.

Ryan, my assigned technician, demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and thoroughness in his work. He exhibited outstanding communication skills, kindly explaining the operation of my unit and providing valuable guidance on maintaining my system's longevity. I am extremely grateful for his visit and would readily welcome his return. Couldn’t turn down the great price! Ty Ryan for the great honest work. You will be getting some recommendations from me !

Talk about the best AC service ever! From the moment I opened the door Ryan was so personable! He was smiling and happy to be here. Throughout the ENTIRE process Ryan was explaining everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Not once did he try to upswell anything I did not need.
