I've used a number of A/C vendors over the years but prefer Air Advantage. We've also had a number of different techs from their company for both service and repair and we've been pleased with all of them. Today they performed a semi annual maintenance and sent their tech, Hoffmann for the first time. He was prompt, polite, professional and extremely thorough. He took the time at the end to go over everything he did along with pictures of each step, explaining as he went along. Company and tech both highly recommended.

We have used Air Advantage for 20 years and are extremely happy with the services provided. We are especially Impressed with Louis, the technician we always ask for. The service provided is dependable and reliable. Louis is very knowledgeable about the products and keeps us apprised of new innovations that might be of interest. He is efficient; he is always punctual and very careful not to disturb anything when moving throughout our home to provide maintenance services. My husband Paul and I own Neapolitan Home Watch. We have used Air Advantage since 2003, 16 years. Can it be that long, wow. We work with many AC companies. Air Advantage offers me the best service for my clients. If I need same day or next day visit due to AC problems, they are my partner. They can always be reached. Always answer their phone. When I explain to my clients the AC maintenance plan is $130/AC for 2 visits a year, they switch to Air Advantage. Thank you Air Advantage for being there for me. I appreciate you.

Spoke with the Air Advantage staff that was installing an air conditioner across the street and explained that we needed a digital/wireless thermostat. They suggested we call Air Advantage was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Kain was the associate that came to do the install and was absolutely phenomenal, perfect installation, great education on the product, he was super professional, helpful and a great representative of their company. Through out the process the Air Advantage staff was 1ST class and totally customer focused. We will be a repeat customer and give Air Advantage our highest recommendation for their exemplary customer service.

He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. He speaks Spanish which is great since he can explain it better so i can understand fully. Luis answers all my questions he is always on time. Overall the company is great and will not change it anytime soon

We had Air Advantage install a new AC unit last year. It was time to service the system for routine maintenance. The technician found an issue with a valve that needed to be replaced. The item and labor involved were totally covered under warranty. We’d like to applaud Air Advantage and especially technician

Just wanted to leave a positive review for Air Advantage and technician Mr. Mauricio Paz. I had an issue with my drain line and he provided excellent diagnosis and service including great advice to prevent the issue from happening again. I have been a customer of Air Advantage for over 12 years and am pleased with the entire experience. Mr. Paz is an excellent Ambassador for Air Advantage.

I have worked with Air Advantage on the installation of new A/C systems two times at two different homes. They are timely, neat. professional and courteous. They are also price competitive. My main contact has been Amber Dial and she is excellent and enjoyable to work with. While I do not foresee the need for another new A/C system in the near future, but if so, I would call Air Advantage. Their semi-annual maintenance checks are also very good.

I was recommended AA through a friend after having several issues with other A/C companies during my condo rebuild post Ian. AA isn't just a servicing company. They specialize in construction/rebuild projects and this was immediately evident during our first meeting. AA is customer focused, timely and does an outstanding job communicating project status. I had them come this morning for general service on my AC in order to get ready for the warmer weather. This was the first service since I bought my place. Luis did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and why. He was very professional and helpful in making recommendations on general maintenance. He was also on time and respectful of my things. When AC goes down, you want a co that comes out quickly, that sends a knowledgeable tech, resolves the problem and charges a fair price. I get that with Air Advantage. And that's why they're my go to AC co.

I am a contractor myself and very particular. I found Air Advantage from my neighbor. They installed his new AC system and after speaking to him and looking at the way they installed his system, it was evident to me they had great technicians. I was a client of Cool Today for a few years previously. The are a TERRIBLE! AC company that tries to upsell you every time they are in your home on items you really don't need, most of their technicians are subpar, they're dishonest, and they ruined my AC system and cost me several thousands of dollars.

That all said, I was lucky enough to find Air Advantage Heating & Cooling and they are very professional, they have great customer service, and they are what you want in your AC company! Air Advantage installed a brand new Rheem AC unit in my Naples home. Hoffmann Moise diagnosed my old system and found everything wrong that Cool Today did, without me having to tell him. He is an awesome technician, he is extremely smart, and prides himself on being Knowledgeable in his trade. Eric Gouder and Laz were the technicians who installed my new Rheem system and they were on time, clean, and professional. From Gina and Amber in the office, the whole Air Advantage team that helped me through this process were wonderful! If you want an honest company, a great experience, & and you hold professionalism in high regard. I highly recommend you call Air Advantage.
