Joe just left my house after doing a six month maintenance on my a/c unit. He was/is great! He made me aware that in the future I probably will need a replacement unit, he just wanted me to know so I could save and plan accordingly. I hope he is going to be my technician every time.

Rocket technicians Mike Perrotta and Max Galic provided unplanned maintenance service on my HVAC unit yesterday. They quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved it. Mike and Max were both personable, professional and efficient. Not only were they prompt, they arrived early and called for approval of their early arrival. Very happy with service from Rocket!

Great technician. He was on time and very professional. He diagnosed a major problem with my airconditioner and condenser. Had to be replaced immediately. Gave me full explanation and wrote a detailed report of problem. Arranged installation of my new unit. Gave me his card to contact him should I have any problems. Great experience

Ryan was exceptional. Air conditioners seem only to go down on the weekends, of course, and he helped me diagnose a few things over the phone. But then he came to our since there was more than one issue. No ordering parts - had what we needed on the truck. Everything got up and running quickly, and while he was here he sucked out the drains from both systems. He didn't have to do that. But did as a courtesy. You should use Rocket Cooling now that so many HVAC companies have gone corporate. Ask for Ryan!
