They came as agreed, did the minor job very hastily, yet you always pay for the first hour, $120, no matter if it takes 15 Minutes or more. They overpriced on the spare parts needed.

Our water in the house had stopped working on a Saturday morning. After seeing the positive reviews online, I called TPK. They were courteous, genuinely concerned that my water service be restored sooner than I thought it may take. The place I called before TPK instantly told me how much it would cost on a Saturday before even beginning to diagnose the problem. TPK instantly went into problem solving mode. I highly recommend TPK Plumbing! Very courteous and professional.

Through a mutual friend, we were connected to Tim. He answered the phone immediately and was very proactive when asking about our well issue. After calling an electrician and another plumbing company, they were unable to identify the problem over the phone; they would charge a hefty fee to send a technician over and diagnose the issue. With Tim, he asked for our address after listening to our situation; he drove over within fifteen minutes -- no appointment or prior call.

Tim's knowledge about the well/plumbing was clear; he fixed the problem within ten minutes. Instead of charging a fee and leaving, he went ahead and taught me about the well, including parts that he recommended replacing with price estimates/quotes. Then, he proceeded to clean the tank, and surrounding area, which was never cleaned before in over ten years. He only charged us $75 for his work, while other companies charge around $100 just to send a technician. My family was incredibly thankful to have running water again, but we were even more impressed with Tim's efficiency and expertise.
