Awesome guys ! I tried to fix my well problem for about 4 hours the night before in the dark with bugs biting me ....they came fixed my problem in about 30 minutes for a reasonable price. If you need a plumber use these guys !

Put in a hot heater at quoted price. Said most people don't put in pressure tanks. So I didn't. It over flowed once and they came to fix it still over flows. Now wants hundreds to put in a $50 pressure tank. Very poor communication.

Couldn't be more professional. Fast service.... even took pictures.... clean.... maintained safety for covid. When I called after calling around seven others before, was expecting another outrageous price or long waits. I called them problem fixed within about an hour couldn't be more pleased. Don't waste time and peace of mind. Call this company first and I don't do reviews but service was that great

Excellent plumber who installed my garbage disposal but the box with the disposal didn’t have any paperwork. Called the office and explained the missing paperwork and asked for the missing documents. I was told they would get back to me but never did.
Poor customer service by office personnel.

Honest. Fast and Reliable. We have a couple of rentals in Lehigh Acres and A+ is the only company we use.
As a woman I feel comfortable sending someone as friendly and respectful as A+. My tenants love him as well. Lots of experience, least expensive and can be trusted to charge only for the work done.

Shane installed my new water system 4 yrs ago and has fixed other issues. He's knowledgeable, friendly & fast! I wont call anyone else but A+ plumbing!!

This morning my water storage tank overflowed, replacing the float switch did not solve the problem. Called Shane and asked if he could replace the soleniod, he asked me if I had cleaned it first? This was not something I knew could be done and he assured me it was easy. Went back gave it a whirl and wonders of wonders it worked!!! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! For proving there are still Great and Honest business people in this world!

Shane is the best! Prompt, informative and honest, all the things you dream about in a plumber. Wonderful job; had my pump working in under an hour, well priced and took the time to check the entire system. A+ is the only plumbing company I will ever use!!

I have know Shane from A+ Plumbing Professionals for several years, and have used his services regularly and have referred him to many of my clients. If you are looking for an honest plumber that is not going to take advantage of you, please give Shane a call, you will not be sorry. He did all of the plumbing in all 3 of our bathrooms when my wife and I remodeled them, and he was always on time, did what he said he would do that day, and cleaned up after himself.

Shane Sullen is wonderful! He’s the ultimate professional. He knows what he’s doing and he does an excellent job. He’s worked on two bathrooms for me and has done a wonderful job on both. They service our commercial office building and they are wonderful. I believe the name of the owner is Shane and he is truly knowledgeable, fast, and very honest. It's very hard to a plumber that is honest and efficient. He has always diagnosed our problem and given us cost effective options. We will never use another plumbing company. In fact we have a yearly maintenance contract with A Plus Plumbing.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. If anyone wants to take a review seriously please take mine. We were scheduled to move into a rental home 3 weeks ago, the plumber was scheduled to come out that day moved in to fix our water but didnt show up till 5 days later, we had no clean water and they installed the softener incorrectly and never took out the bridged salt in the tank that was a year old and dirty. They came out three times to the house to fix the issue that our water was green and smelly and each time the water was never fixed. I kept telling them over and over again that the water was still green and smelled really bad and they told me i could use it like that. We had a profession water test come out and test it before use from a different company and told us no way we could use the water is way too contaminated and bad, so these people DO NOT know what they’re doing when it comes to dealing with water. 0/10 for recommending me to use bad, dirty water when they themselves seen how bad it was on various occasions.

The repipe of our 1979 home was efficiently handled by the team from Aqua Care. All the modern equipment and pipe savvy, minimal drywall was removed, and really no mess. We recommend highly for all your plumbing needs.

They have a wonderful staff, Nan & Debbie are very accommodating to help with scheduling. Their service team is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Aqua Care for your water company.

Luis B from Aqua Care Water T & P provided excellent service for our two items that needed attention. He performed routine maintenance on an under sink R/O unit that was way overdue and corrected a malfunctioning water softener. Having both items in good working order thanks to Luis and his attention to detail is a great relief.
