Bill was great! Very knowledgeable and professional while being personable at the same time. Bill handled multiple issues for us including installing new light fixtures/ceiling fan, repair outlets and running circuit for new exterior light. Totally happy with all work. We had been having issues with a brand new unit that we purchased from another AC company. We had made several calls to them but they never responded! We called Pearson Heating & Cooling to see if they could fix our unit. We could not have been happier with the outcome.

Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. has never lost sight that caring about the customer is what makes these folks great. George will make suggestions but never has there been a hard sell. He gives you the pros and cons and lets you decide. I would not think of switching to another HVAC company.

We just had our annual AC system checkup. Our technician was George who also performed the system checkup last year. As always he was efficient, courteous and very friendly. It's always a pleasure to interact with a service person who makes you feel like they appreciate your business unlike some businesses who act like they are doing you a big favor just showing up at your house.
