Unfortunately I can’t say I have something good to say about this company. Lost for words on how a family owned company can be so deceiving. Particularly Tammy morningstar These people put on a front to get your business while trying everything possible to drag down any and all other people and electrical company’s in the area. Don’t waste your time and money on them. Do your research on them before considering them for ur electrical needs. I wouldn’t hire someone I can’t trust. Have had some experiences I won’t go into detail about but remember the old saying treat others as u wish to be treated could go a long way for them if they took this to heart. Word of mouth can mean everything and several people from my area have told me about there experience as well Unprofessional is a understatement.

I highly recommend Morning Star Electric! Great people, very knowledgeable and fairly priced. A huge plus, they are not a massive business, when you call you get someone on the phone....

I have to shout out a huge thank you to Morningstar Electric for saving our butt. We had a huge surprise when they came by to fix an outlet and noticed tons of issues that a Precious electrician did for us (which we found to not have been licensed and we didn’t check….our fault)… so many safety issues… I mean a heater not grounded properly, gfi not installed where they were supposed to be, bad gfi’s (they were installed within six months ago and supposed to be new)… omg I can go on. But we now are much more safer thanks to Tammy and her crew. David, a tech worked hard and I can’t even describe how thankful I am to him and her. Def hire only license, you will eventually pay for it at the end if you think your saving money. Ugh 😑 I had nooo clue! Thanks Tammy!

Chase and Bill found my problem in 5 minutes and all was fixed in 10 minutes. They were both professional, efficient and and respectful. I was extremely satisfied with my service. I will definitely use Morningstar again 👍

Yay! Our favorite electrians. Post storm Joseph and Bill came out to disconnect the garage that was crushed by a tree. They found the circuit in minutes and took care of it. We love them.

This is a bait and switch company. Fast talkers... the original charge to come out was $135.00 we asked to be included and contacted before any repairs were done. We were contacted only for the bill which came to a very unexpected $799.00. This is a rental property and they stated they got approval from our renters. They do not have good business practices. I would not recommend this company. 😡

We have now used Morningstar twice for two different situations and we are super impressed with them. Both times they have been straightforward, reasonably priced, on time, and have given just awesome service. We will continue to call on them for our electrical needs.

Once again Tammy and Ken proved why they are the best. I purchased a new generator for my home . I wanted to install a transfer switch for a safe and easy transfer of power in the event of a power loss. I called Morningstar set an appointment and they arrived on time and explained the process to me. The earliest they could install was about two weeks. My wife is being treated for breast cancer and with hurricane Dorian threatening I really wanted this done ASAP. I called Tammy and explained the situation. 3 days later the job was done! Thanks again Tammy and Ken you are the best ! You will always be my first and only call.

Great experience each time we have called. Professional and honest. We have an older house for the area and he let us know why our (amateur-installed) dimmer switches weren't working properly and instead of upselling us, he told me what I could do to fix the problem when I go purchase a different outlet and everything worked great. They have been and will be our electricians of choice.

The entire process with Morningstar was such a pleasure! David came out to do our install and I was immediately taken back by his professionalism. He was very friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. He used a vacuum as he went and wore shoe booties inside the house. I would hire this company again and again.

3 bulbs stopped working (at once) in my kitchen. So, I scheduled an appointment with Morningstar. Alex and Bill arrived to my home on time and promptly fixed the issue. They were professional, courteous and efficient; diagnosed the issue almost immediately and the entire repair took less than 20 minutes. I’d highly recommend them, if anyone is in need of an electrician.

Dustin & Joseph did an amazing job removing our old ceiling fan and installing a new one. They were very friendly and did clean work. We will definetly use Morningstar Electric for all our electrical needs.

Beware of these guys! They are total rip offs. Had them install 2 ceiling junction boxes for $500.00. Other electricians told $300.00. Then I had them give me a whole house generator estimate. They told me $14300.00. That is in addition to me providing everything. Yes you read that right. I had to buy every thing on my own. I wish I could upload their estimate. I had to call the office just to make sure I understood it correctly. The lady on the phone said yes the estimate is correct and that mine is one of the cheaper ones. This company will rip you off so definitely use another company. I have a feeling this is one of those fly by night companies that stay in business for a few years, make money selling warranties and member crud, run up their bills then file for bankruptcy and open the next day under a new name. BEWARE!!!

As a retired Naval Chief Petty Officer combat veteran, and IBEW trained High Voltage Electrician. I physically can not do what I used to do. Dustin and Joesph did a fantastic job of installing a 60 amp branch circuit for my Jaccuzzi heater. They were professional and had outstanding attitudes. They are receptive to my questions and are very good representatives of your company. Good job. 😊

Chase and his crew are amazing! We needed last-minute service to our kitchen and he bent over backward to schedule us as soon as possible. When the two-man crew arrived (earlier than scheduled), they were professional and polite and had smiles on their faces. They did a wonderful job right down to the last detail.
We will ALWAYS use Morningstar Electric for future projects or anything around the property.

Is this even a real company? You can't get a hold of anyone on the phone. I decided to book appt on website. I received an email that confirmed appt and had a link to cancel or reschedule. I took the day off. Appt was at 10am and I knew it was a two hour window. At 1130 I looked at my last text message reminder to make sure I had time right. Didn't notice they had a tap to confirm appt at very bottom. I tapped it to be sure and immediately got message my appt was cancelled. The text message did not say you must confirm appt. Again can't get anyone on phone. If I wanted to cancel the appt I would have done that through the confirmation link I was sent to cancel or reschedule. I made it for a reason.

I had an EV charger installed including running wire/ conduit 25’ or so from breaker through stick and back down. Great, friendly service with no surprises. Landed with Morningstar after getting 5 quotes. Would recommend.

Always quick and reliable when we have an issue and explain things really well. We’ve had lights moved, replaced, and outlets added or replaced and the job is always done well.

Eduardo was great! Eduardo came up with a solution to get power where we needed it. Was able to complete the work the same day.

I was recommended to Tew Electric and I'm glad I was. They were prompt and communicated with me about arrival time. The tech was here and was very efficient. He fixed my issue and explained what was going on. I will recommend anyone looking for a reliable electric company to use Tew.

A tree limb fell on my power line during hurricane Milton. I needed repair work done before Teco could run a new line. I called on Thursday morning and they had someone at my house by 5:30pm that same day. They made the repairs and Teco was able to run the new line. I had power by 3:00pm on Friday.
A great company with great employees! I will definitely use them again!!
