The service completed resulted from the generator not firing up when needed. The technician was very thorough and checked out all possible causes. Once completed with all testing, it was determined that the battery had worn itself out and needed replacing. I feel extremely comfortable that there were no other issues and this completely fixed our generator which provides a great peace of mind for myself and family. Thank you.

Very efficient and cost friendly. Installed a new power pole, upgraded the panel to 200 amps, and we now have the ability to power the whole house with the generator. Very professional.

After a lightning strike I was unsure how much damage was done. Fortunately it was just a breaker but the guys were here promptly to help me out. Tew was the first out of 6 electrians that I contacted to respond. He was quick to get me an estimate needed for several fixes in order to satisfy home inspection for sale. As soon as I approved estimate, I was set up with appointment. Alyssa was amazing, she arrived at expected time & did a great job . I had issues with my front gate and irrigation. The breaker kept tripping. I had tried 3 other electrical companies that either did not show or did not get the job done. Then I called Powerbay. Eduardo and his team took the time to try and resolve the issue by taking steps to troubleshoot and do it in a cost effective way. They were always on time to do the work. Also Brianna in the office is very friendly.
