Sean (tech number 2779), did a great job of cleaning the main sewer pipe at my home. Sean arrived quickly after I called him. Very nice personality and thorough. You can ask him to come and do your work. If I needed service again, I would certainly request him again. Sean did a great job.

Sunshine takes care of me and my needs for many years. They were very quick to respond, Jerry is very friendly and competent and the service was very affordable.

It's been a while since I wrote a review. Since I've been busy moving, I haven't had the opportunity to share my experiences.

After speaking with numerous plumbers to get quotes, I found that Luis and his team are the most reasonable and professional in terms of pricing.

After speaking with luis, and having him walk through the property to explain what he would be doing and why, I knew he was the right guy.

His crew is always on time. He was on time, even early, the first day to assess my scope of work, and he never missed a day. They leave the site neat and tidy when I return! There was no mess at all.

Highly recommended. Luis and his team will be my plumber of choice from now on.

As a single mom, it's hard to trust a company to provide you with honest quotes/inspections when you aren't familiar with the topic. Tony Serrano was the worker's name and I knew he was trustworthy. He explained to me the problems and what would need to be done and why. He told me what work was urgent and should be done first. He gave me a fair price and I never felt like he tried to oversell or upsell work that was not required. I appreciated his helpfulness and friendly demeanor throughout the entire interaction. He never got frustrated by my endless questions. I was extremely happy with his service and that of his team. I would recommend the company, but also Tony Serrano for the best results.

Josh fixed a reoccurring flushing issue using his camera in the main line. He found a grease ball, broke it up and took a picture of it for me. The price he charged was great. We’re selling our house so this is a huge stress relief.

They recommended the best solution to fit the budget concerns. Work was excellent, very clean installation. I highly recommend their services! You will not be disappointed!

Will be moving forward with 2of the 4 quoted jobs. Will re evaluate after job is completed. Josh installed a main H2O shut off valve, replumbed and remove bad water softener plus repaired a bathroom faucet. All 3 jobs were done as they should. Very pleased with Josh and Flow Pros. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

Josh cleared our main drain. He was very knowledgeable and explained how grease from the kitchen sink was building up at the point where it connected to the main drain. This caused toilet paper and other materials to get stuck and start building up, resulting in a large plug. He recommended using Bio-Clean drain cleaner once a month to keep things flowing. Thanks Josh!

Mihail Osipov was absolutely amazing. Professional, polite, a true expert. When presented a complex outside plumbing problem he developed a plan that worked for me, adapted to unforeseen curve balls, and successfully completed the job. Highest recommendation!

Jared was very professional and a great communicator. Josh came out to help us out on a Friday evening at the end of the day. He was professional, he communicated with me, as I am an out of state condo owner, with video, text and over the phone. We had wonderful experience with flow pros. Same day service was a plus because we had previously called other companies that either didn’t get back to us or were two weeks out. They did a great job fixing two toilet flanges and installing a new toilet in the master bath. This review is a couple of weeks late but I wanted to make sure I left a review.

Flow Pro was great. Very fairly priced, very communicative and ON TIME for the scheduled appointment! I was given a two hour window for arrival as oppose to a four hour window, and they called early that day to let me know they would be there early. They also quickly located my issues and resolved them same day. Thank you Jared!
