They were quick to reply to my needs, came out when they told me, gave me possible solutions and even provided cost reduction solutions. They worked around my availability and even had ongoing communication along with follow up after the projects were completed.I felt comfortable during the process and his work was organized, neat and cleaned up afterwards. Flow Pros continues to deliver! We have used Flow Pros twice this year, and both times we received outstanding service. From the excellent communications with the office staff, to our skilled technician, Bradley, we weren't disappointed. In anticipation of having shoulder surgery I felt a bidet would be a necessity. I called Flow Pros and literally in less then 2 hours we had 2 bidets. Brad was knowledgeable and efficient. Would definitely recommend Flow Pros.

According to the reviews the company is good. I’m sure the company is good, if they make it to the service call appointment. Apparently having 2 technicians call out sets them back hours.

Super fast response to my initial inquiry. Text when he departed to head my way, and arrived sooner than expected for the estimate appointment. Justin was professional, highly experienced, and explained each part of the steps in troubleshooting the issues and what the best options are to resolve them. Great experience all the way around and I will definitely be using them as my plumbers form now on.

Appointment was scheduled quickly. Person making appointment was helpful w my questions (forgot her name). The Technician Zach was polite. Friendly. Efficient. Flo Pros gave me a much better price than the plumbers I have used many times before. I will be looking to use them moving forward.

Josh is the real MVP. Very impressive and good at what he does. Best technician I’ve ever had by far. I felt really lucky to have him come out on a service call.

Joe came the same day I called, found the issue which was significant, then stayed to fix it. He kept us informed the whole way through and was very friendly and honest. If we need a plumber again, we’re definitely calling Flow Pros and asking for Joe!

Wonderful service I have used them last year n again today great service. I had an issue contacted Jared at 9:30pm he responded quickly n set up an appt. Josh came out he was wonderful , kind, quick n respectful. He fixed the clog in my kitchen sink. I highly recommend them why they are very good at what they do. Honest fast and great customer service.

Great experience! We called numerous plumbing companies and this was one of the only ones who called us back. The appt was made quickly and around our schedule. Johnathan was wonderful! Highly recommend!

No one want to hear that their house needs to be entirely re-plumbed. We had a leak under our terrazzo, which the leak finders could not nail down. However, Flow Pros made the whole process as easy for us as possible. The process was perfectly completed on time, with no additional charges. I totally recommend Flo Pros.

I went into our garage yesterday afternoon and discovered water everywhere! I realized that it was probably our old water heater. I contacted my husband who is working overseas to ask what I should do? I did call my son-in-law who came over and realized that our water heater was shot. Nothing we can do to fix it. So, my husband searched online, reading reviews of various business's in our area. He found Flow Pros Plumbing and gave them a call. Donovan arrived last night and accessed the damage. Spoke to my son-in-law over the phone, and to me, and we decided on a plan. The very next day, today, he arrived and installed our new water heater. He gave us a good price. I felt very secure in dealing with Donovan. So far, we are very happy! Thank you so very much!

Elijah was wonderful. Extremely Knowledgeable, honest and efficient. He’s a great asset to Flow Pros. He took the time to assess the repair, and thoroughly explained the process. Great communication with him and the company. Got an appointment and everything fixed with 48 hours.

Misha did an outstanding job analyzing my plumbing problem. He went above and beyond with the job and made sure everything was completed on time. His friendliness and demeanor were excellent, plus he explained the whole process from start to finish with professionalism. The whole transaction was smooth and effortless.

Price is about 3 times higher than you should be charged. $500 for a simple drain unclog that takes 5 minutes with no tools is highly unreasonable.

I highly recommend Flow Pros and the technician Brad! We just moved into our new house and immediately had a clogged drain. Flow Pros was able to come out the next morning and Brad explained our issue in detail. He worked efficiently and triple checked that everything was working correctly before leaving. Would definitely use Flow Pros again!
