I received great service from Technician Akeem. He was professional and took his time cleaning my AC with skill and care. I utilized United airtemp for scheduled maintain they called and offer a seasonal special of $69.99 which is a great price. Glad I took the offer and plan to get other units serviced. My American homeshield warranty company contractors with them so I felt good about using them on my own. Keep skilled and professional technicians on staff like Akeem who make the company look good.

I have been with United Air close to a year. Elio is one of the good professional group. He visited my house today for a routine visit and, he was very knowledgeable and polite as well, respectful of my property. He also provided a good advice on how take good care of my air conditioning unit and, how to keep it in good condition. I appreciate his hard work and integrity.

Was given an hour time arrival window, which is not typical, it is usually a 4 hour window for most companies. The technician arrived early in the window and was very professional and efficient. They went over what they found and what things they repaired.
